4 Equipment’s and Supply

The equipment and supply that we use to run this programme are more to the
promotion tools. Since it is in pandemic, we cannot organize the programme in physical
event, instead we organize it in virtual event. We promoted and launched the programme to
the related field and public through media social such as Facebook. The tools that we use
before, during and after the programme are:
 Poster  Facebook Live
 Banner  Session Streamyard
 Tentative programme  Google Form
For promotion about the programme, we asked Perpustakaan Tun Abdul Rahman
UiTM Samarahan to help us to share about our programme in their official Facebook page.
Then, we provide the poster and tentative program for the audience saw the detail of our
programme.

Then, for the programme, we launch the programme through Facebook Live and
Session Streamyard. We choose to use two platform for the programme in hope more
audience and can ease the audience to watch and join our programme. At the start and the
end of the programme, we asked audience to fill in the Google Form that we have provide to
get some feedback or evaluation about the programme and for audience’s attendance.
