Responsible for the provision of efficient and effective delivery of the functions of the Anti-Red Tape Unit (ARTU) anchored on RA 11032 such as
Brief Description of but not limited to: Conducts preliminary investigation which involves fact-finding investigation or examination of records and documents to
the General Function determine whether a prima facie case exist to warrant the issuance of a formal charge or to dismiss the complaint; recommends action on the

the case by writing the person complained of to submit counter affidavit or comment; Acts as Prosecutor in the conduct of formal investigation by
presenting and examining witnesses and evidences to aid prompt and just resolution of the case or complaint; Drafts decisions as Hearing Officer
during formal investigation by pondering on the witnesses and evidences presented by both parties; Undertakes legal research and analysis in
aid of case resolution and legal opinion; Coordinates with the CSC Central office’s ARTU, through the CSC Regional Office’s PALD, for directions
and guidelines; Implements EODB EGSD programs, projects and initiatives spearheaded by the CSC Central Office’s ARTU; Collaborates with
the Authority’s regional/field offices, as well as the ARTU focal offices/persons of government agencies within the CSC Regional Office’s area of
jurisdiction, as necessary; and Performs other CSC-approved roles as recommended by CSC-Central Office’s ARTU.

1. ORIGINAL and fully accomplished Personal Data Sheet and Work Experience Sheet (CS Form 212, Revised 2017) which can be downloaded at www.csc.gov.ph with
recent passport-sized picture taken within the last 6 months 3.5 cm x 4.5 cm (passport size);
2. Photocopy of Performance ratings in the present position of at least Very Satisfactory (VS) in the last two (2) rating period, if any;
3. Authenticated copy of Certificate of Eligibility (BAR); and
4. Photocopy of Transcript of Records.

The application letter with attachments shall be HANDED IN OR SENT THROUGH A COURIER to the address below not later than June 28, 2022. The
assessment will start on June 29, 2022.
