Topic: _Clean Energy_________

 Clean Energy is produced through methods that do not release

greenhouse gases or any other pollutants.

 Difference between clean energy vs renewable energy

Clean energy = clean air
Renewable energy = recyclable sources

 The benefits of clean energy are that it reduces our reliance

on Fossil Fuels and can mitigate Climate Change.

 The primary sources of clean energy are solar energy, hydro energy,
and wind energy.

 People have used the sun's rays (solar radiation) for thousands of
years for warmth and to dry meat, fruit, and grains. Over time,
people developed technologies to collect solar energy for heat and to
convert it into electricity.

 Wind energy process of creating electricity using the wind, or air

flows occur naturally in the earth’s atmosphere. Modern wind
turbines are used to capture kinetic energy from the wind and
generate electricity
B. STRUCTURE CARDS

Renewable energy

I’m going to talk about clean energy, and I’ll divide into
three sections.

1. What Is Clean Energy?

2. Types of clean energy sources

 Solar energy
 Hydro energy
 Wind energy

3. Clean energy in the Home

Let's begin with the definition of clean energy…

1

Clean Energy
 Energy produced from renewable resources
without creating environmental debt related with
greenhouse gases or any other pollutants.

 The main benefit of clean energy is that it

reduces the Fossil Fuels and can
mitigate Climate Change.

 Difference between clean energy vs renewable

energy
Clean energy = clean air
Renewable energy = recyclable sources

Now let's look at the types of clean energy sources

2
Types of clean Energy
 Solar energy: energy from the sun that is
converted into thermal or electrical energy and is
the most abundant renewable energy source
available.
 Hydro energy: energy created from the power of
water in motion, such as water flowing over a
waterfall to generate electricity.
 Wind energy: energy from the wind or air flows
that is created naturally in the earth’s
atmosphere.

Finally, we'll move on to Clean energy in the Home

Clean Energy at home

 At a smaller scale, we can use the sun’s rays to

power the whole house through solar panels or
passive solar home design

In conclusion, using clean energy in our homes we can

accelerate the transition toward a clean energy future,
mitigating the  Climate Change.
