Healthy lifestyle greetings!

After almost two years of having no clinical exposure due to pandemic,Surigao


Education Center, College of Allied Medical Sciences students (Bachelor of Science in
Nursing,Midwifery, RAdTech) are back for clinical duty.

The BSN graduating students 2021 will be reporting for duty starting February 1, 2022
until they can complete their Operating Room and Delivery Room cases, while RadTech
students had started last January 10, 2022. The Midwifery students will have to follow
once the schedule will be arranged.

They have finished Infection Control seminar conducted by SMC personnel and
furthermore, they have been oriented with the CHED-DOH Protocol on Hospital duty.

Attached is the clinical rotation of BSN students.

Dear Sir,

Healthy lifestyle greetings!

With regards to the clinical duty during pandemic, I would like to request for
Antigen/RTPCR test for the clinical instructors.

I would like to suggest to have the test in Surigao Medical Center if available, Since this
is a mandate CHED-DOH joint memorandum Circular 001, they must have it three days
prior to duty.
