Shortlisting and application process

STEP 1: University Shortlisting & Selection

Shortlist will be provided by us based on student's profile. Students can
also share their choice of universities

STEP 2: Application Process

We submit your applications to the universities. Applications fee waiver
benefits will be directly given to the students that apply from us

Transparency in application process

We will create a dedicated email for students to access info directly
from the university

Deposits & i20 Process

Certain universities require deposit fees & majority of the universities do
not require any deposits but need 20-50 lakhs of funds in sponsor
accounts. We will provide financial assistance if required

We have application waivers for a lot of universities, the benefit will be given to the students directly. This means, you need not pay the
application fees

We create a dedicated mail account during the application process and share the credentials with the student. Student can login to
this account on their smart phones and see live status of the application. A few universities are done from our internal portal. However,
students will be getting clear emails from these universities as well. Students can email the university for scholarships or any other queries
they have such as tuition fees, credit hours, breakup of the tuition fees and more.

**Please write professional emails when you are writing to the university. This is mandatory, we can do that for you. This is only when you
want to seek a specific information from the university***

STEP 3: ADMISSION DECISION

EXPECTED TIME: 2-60 Business days - Depends on the university you apply
• i20 is an official offer letter which is used to start the
visa process for the student
• Certain universities will need a deposit fees of $200 -
$2000 from the student to request for an i20 which will
be a part of your tuition fees that you pay after visa
approval
• In order to request for an i20, students must show funds
ranging between 20 lakhs - 50 lakhs based on the
university that they apply
• Universities usually take 7 - 30 business days to release
your i20's. This depends on the volume of applications

** If student receives an i20 from one university out of the applied

universities, we can still go ahead and start the visa process. if the first
choice of university is taking time, we can finish the remaining visa process
with the i20 in hand. This does not necessarily mean that student is going to
any university that they have i20 with. We can change the visa date or can
wait 3 days prior to the bio-metrics date from your preferred university.
