What I can do

1.) Passing

- Use a pickup game setting to work on your passing. Without overdoing it, concentrate
on making smooth passes back and forth to each other working your way up the court
to the net.
2.) Dribbling

- Practicing dribbling with both your right and left hand is a great way to gain control of
your body and the ball. Understanding how your preferred hand works in comparison
to your less-preferred hand will give you insight into your strength.
3.) Jumping

- Jump Squats. This upgraded version of the traditional fitness exercise is sure to
skyrocket your vertical jump.
4.) Cross Over

- Develop your dribble. Before you attempt a crossover, make sure you've got a good
handle on power dribbling and can maintain good ball control.
Direction:
- Always use a mouthpiece, especially one that is custom-fitted. Basketball shoes
should be worn.
