MINUTES

- Meeting Starts at exactly 5PM

- Reviewed the agenda during the Oct. 30, 2020 Meeting
- Anniversary Activities (Nov. 6, 2020)
o Out Reach Program (20 reams of band paper, bulk of paper, Printer Ink, 10 boxes each of Pen and
Pencil - Purchased)

- Anniversary Activities (Nov. 7, 2020) Venue: G&D Beach Resort

o Tree Planting/Day Trek(Balatukan) Note: Day Trek is Tentative due to Permit Issues
o Mass Offering c/o Imboy Labial
o Torch Motorcade with drum and Bugle @ 5:00 PM – From City Hall to City Museum
o Registration will start at 6:00PM (membership update and bring 1x1 picture)
o Foods – Kaplag will provide the 2 Lechon, rice and other menu. Members are free/encourage to
bring food (dugang2 sa foods)

PROGRAM PROPER
- Program Protocol (No one is allowed to drink Alcohol during the program proper, let us observe program
etiquette)

JERSEY
- Deadline will be on Nov. 3, 2020
Unpaid Jersey will not be printed (yo jay needs cash to purchase the dry fits)

- Pre-Loved Items (if you have mountaineering items nga dili na magamit you can share it and give it)

OTHER MATTER
- It was moved by Sir Allen the Moratorium of Recruitment of new members until their will new policy that
will be in place. (To be discuss thoroughly on the next Kaplag Members Meeting)
