WHEREAS, in response to the said advertisement, prospective bidders purchased bid documents for the Projects bearing Contract ID Nos. 19BI0092, 19B10093, 19B10094, 19BI0095 and 19810096. WHEREAS, the fund of the said Project has been withheld or not released to this office up to this date. WHEREAS, in accordance with Section 17.5 of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act 9184 and the Latest GPPB Issuances, Bidding Documents Fee may be refunded in Accordance with the aforementioned guidelines based on the grounds provided for under Section 41 c. (iii) of the Act and this IRR; if the source of fund has been withheld or reduced through no fault of the Procuring Entity. NOW THEREFORE, we, the members of the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) hereby resolve as it is hereby resolved as it is hereby resolved; a.
