EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Business Proponents

Our company is supported by three members of the group who are regarded new entrepreneurs in this
industry. Capitalists or corporate board of directors, from whom we can borrow, or financial institutions
such as BDO or BPI, would be the resource mobilizers and financial backers in our firm.

Target Customers and the Main Value Proposition

Vintage Corner centers on local markets, with a special emphasis on customers in the City of Naga which
the Coastal City in Metro Cebu, located south of Cebu City. The City creates a fantastic ambience for our
native Filipino dishes for dining in and out for the comfort of our consumers, and we will offer these
exquisite foods in top quality packaging at moderate cost.

Macro Environmental Factors

We compete against everyone and have a competitive edge. Although there are numerous restaurants,
cafes, bakeries, food outlets, and other enterprises in the market, none can compete with our
traditional Filipino dishes. We are offering people with an entirely new experience as well as a
significantly superior product.

Product and Service Offering

Our restaurant, "Vintage Corner," serves high-quality local Filipino food that will delight all of our guests,
using unique ingredients to give each dish a unique flavor. Our offerings include pork Filipino dishes, fish
Filipino dishes, poultry Filipino dishes, beef Filipino dishes, and vegetable Filipino foods. Don't forget to
try the exquisite Filipino desserts. Our products are available for delivery throughout Cebu City and Cebu
Province, including Minglanilla and Sanfernando.

The Enterprise Strategy and the Enterprise Delivery

Commercial services may be difficult for business owners to execute in an increasingly sophisticated
market, where frequent changes and rising client demands are common. Online platforms can also assist
our company turn a profit. Making things better, easier, and faster while keeping a nice environment is
what this entails.

Financial Forecasts and Expected Return

According to our financial estimates, the company will lose money in the first year, but will be profitable
by the second year. The first-year deficit is related to the high starting costs of something like a typical
corporation.

Environmental and Regulatory Compliances

We seek alternatives to regulatory compliance to reduce the risk to human health and the environment.
We devised and met our own quality standard where it was safe and appropriate. We ensured that our
food was both safe and nutritious.

Capital Structure and Financial Offering

In its first year, the Vintage Corner Company has 15,500,000 pesos in assets and 11,350,000 pesos in
liabilities. The capital of the corporation is 50,000,000 pesos. The capital structure of the Vintage Corner
Company is such that for every 2,000 pesos in debt, the Vintage Corner Company generates 3,000 pesos
in equity.

Product plan

People like to give feedback and be heard, therefore food businesses should communicate with their
customers. Before you go to market, consumers can easily acquire information about your package
design, pricing, and promotions through social media. The Vintage Corner is a welcoming eatery that
provides traditional Filipino fare. Grilled meats and fish, tinowa or tinola soup, kilawin or kinilaw made
from raw ingredients such as fish marinated in vinegar and combined with onion, garlic, and other
seasonings It also offers vegetables like tortang talong and pinakbet (Filipino vegetable stew). It has
somehow become a cultural heritage, passed down from the first generation who observed it in the
1930s to the current generation, who continue to enjoy that classic Filipino taste that our grandparents
swear by. A few examples include gising gising, tortang talong, and adobong pusong saging of the
nutritious alternatives available.

Industry and Market Analysis

Target Customers

Business Owners and Workers

Our store is already open at 7 a.m. because there are some customers who will eat breakfast,
particularly those who have just arrived from work. Also, all workers will arrive at the store before to the
opening time to prepare all necessary items. And there is a staff member assigned to taking up phone
calls for online delivery, which saves customers time if they do not have enough time to go outside.

Local Residence and Workers

Traditional meals are prepared in massive heated steel pots for you to 'turo-turo' (choose, point, and
choose) which ones you want to try. Ulam (the dish) is usually served with white jasmine rice and a
standard clear broth, and you can order as many ulam as you want to accompany your rice. Filipino
goodies such as kakanin (sweet glutinous rice treats) will be available at some places, as well as fresh
beverages and juice. We love the Carinderia because we feel at home there, and the titos/titas
(aunts/uncles) treat everyone as if they are their own.

Tourist

Customers attending the event will have the opportunity to sample our great cuisine, which will
motivate them to bring additional friends who will like it as well. Use any platform, such as social media
or newspapers, to promote our local cuisine. Include recent, complete, and somewhat elevated meals.

 Our target market is people in City of Naga, Minglanilla and Sanfernando.

 Food lovers
 Another target market is overseas tourists from other continents.
