1. Review your self-assessment.
2. Identify which of the competency requirements for a Mentor/Coach are not being
consistently performed.
3. For each of the identified competencies that need to be performed more consistently,
identify opportunities where such competencies can be applied.
4. Make commitment by when you can start applying these competencies.
