1. Rates are in New Ghana Cedi (GHS) and exclusive of all applicable taxes and government
charges (if any).
2. In addition to shipping rates, for Check collection(s) and sign & return, ARAMEX shall
implement 10.00 GHS /collection or invoice.
3. Undelivered shipments shall be returned back to the customer by end of next business day free
of charges.
4. Undelivered shipments due to consignee being closed or not available will be re-attempted for
delivery next business day. If shipment still undelivered, it will be returned back to customer by
end of next business day.
5. Above rates are applicable unless Ghanaian government did come with a new law or taxation
on local domestic distribution companies, or any dramatic fluctuation in fuel prices.

General Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions are made and entered into by and between the company identified in
the Application Form (“Customer”) and Aramex for the use of Aramex shipping services (“Service”).
The Service is provided to the Customer under the terms and conditions below and any updates or
amendments as published from time to time by Aramex on its website, aramex.com.

1. Throughout the term of this Agreement and any extension or renewal thereof, Aramex
hereby agrees to charge the Customer, and the Customer hereby agrees to remunerate
Aramex in accordance with the service rates stated in this Agreement.
2. Aramex has the right to amend, vary or increase any one or more of the abovementioned
rates and charges by giving (30) thirty days written notice to the Customer of the proposed
amendment or increase
3. It is understood and irrevocably and unconditionally agreed by the Customer, that all
courier shipments shall be subject to the terms and conditions appearing on the face and
the reverse sides of Aramex standard waybill. The Customer hereby irrevocably and
unconditionally acknowledges and accepts in advance all of the said terms and conditions
and agrees to be bound thereby.
4. Customer hereby authorizes Aramex to ship, collect or receive any and all packages
addressed to the Customer until the Customer notifies Aramex in writing of its intent to
terminate the Service
5. The Customer is responsible for obtaining its own insurance; upon customer’s request
Aramex can arrange for insurance for the declared shipment value.
6. This Agreement shall be valid for a term of One (1) year commencing the date of this
Agreement, and shall be automatically renewed for further term(s) of one year each unless
either party informs the other of its intention to terminate this Agreement through a Thirty
(30) days written notice prior to the expiry date of term of the Agreement.
7. The rights under this Agreement are non-transferable.
8. The Customer hereby irrevocably and unconditionally acknowledges and agrees that the
execution of ARAMEX standard air waybill by any officer, director, employee or agent of the
Customer or by any person appearing to ARAMEX, its officers, directors, employees or
agents to be an officer, director, employee or agent of the Customer shall be deemed
binding to the Customer as if it is made by a duly authorized signatory of the Customer.
9. Aramex’s liability for loss or damage is limited to Twenty Five Ghana Cedi (GHC 25) per
shipment. Regardless of the nature of the claim, Aramex shall not be liable for indirect,
incidental, or consequential damages, such as loss of profit.
10. If any section or any portion of any section of these Terms and Conditions is construed to
be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, such provision or portion shall be deemed obsolete and
deleted from these Terms and Conditions, while all other sections of these Terms and
Conditions and the remaining portion of any section which is construed to be illegal, invalid
or unenforceable shall continue in full force and effect.
11. Failure by any party to enforce at any time any term, provision, or condition of these Terms
and Conditions, or to exercise any right herein, shall in no way operate as a wavier thereof.
12. These Terms and Conditions shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws
of Ghana.
