5 Questions to Ask Your Clients

When They Don't Know What They Want:

1.  If you were to FULLY live your life, what is the first change you would start to
make?
2.  What do you secretly yearn for?
3.  What is missing in your life right now?
4.  What areas of your life could be upgraded or tweaked?
5.  What are 3 things that would make a huge difference in your life?

Extra tool to help identify a client's goals:

Another way to help identify goals (a great journaling exercise) is to ask your client to
simply put pen to paper and make a "stream of consciousness" list. Ask your client to
write:

a) "I don't want _________"  and then make a non-stop list until they run out of ideas.

Then do the same thing answering the question:

b) "What I really want is _________"

Then review the lists with your client and look for potential goals.
