Points not considered by the Assistant Commissioner in his report to
the Deputy Commissioner.
1. Conversion Order granted vide ALN/SR/36/78-79 dtd. 5.3.1979
which is appearing in all the RTCs subsequent to 1979 since conversion granted in 1979.
2. After conversion the nature of land loses status of Agricultural
and becomes non-agricultural and the land revenue also comes to the jurisdiction of Village panchayat, BBMP or other local authorities. In this case the land revenue were paid to Sheegehalli Village panchayat after conversion order No. ALN/SR- 36/78-79 DTD. 5.3.1979.
3. Venkatamma has sought for permission for clearance to sell the
lands under the Urban Land Ceiling Act and the same has been granted by the Special Deputy Commissioner, Urban Land Ceiling, on the directions of the Hon’ble High Court of Karnataka.
4. Smt. Venkatamma has sought for approval of Layout Plan for
formation of Residential sites. The sancation was duly accorded by the Sheegehalli Village Panchayat.
5. Subsequently, Venkatamma has sold all the sites to various
parties and we the present land owner M/s. MRG Realtors LLP purchased the same from these various Vendors.
