END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

LevelUp is a development branch of Threshold AS. All assets made available in this

product are properties of its respective contributors'/Threshold's.

The LevelUp 737NG product line and its modifications are the sole property of

Threshold AS under the LevelUp branch and contributors. The modifications are

distributed with base assets from Laminar Research and partners contributing to this

distribution. Any further mentions will remain under the “LevelUp” brand.

FREEWARE LIMITATIONS

The complete LevelUp 737NG © packages are non-profit and free for personal use in its

intended format.

Any modifications and/or redistribution of the files must be approved with written

consent from LevelUp (Explicitly through a legal document signed by Threshold’s Design

Chief and/or CEO). A no-reply does NOT constitute as an approval.

You may download and use the provided files, but you may not:

• Re-upload them elsewhere where anyone but you can access these files

• Share or distribute them in any way

• Modify and distribute them in any way

• Reverse-engineer these files

• Use them for commercial or non-commercial products without the express

permission by the Authors (see contacts on the next page)

• Take credit for any part

You may create and share textures of the liveries, only if you comply with these

statements:

1. You won't use them for profit (includes mandatory donations.)

2. You credit the original authors

3. You won’t use them for another project

By downloading and installing our product, you acknowledge that we are not
responsible for anypotential damage to you, others, your hardware or software. All files
in this download are provided "as is".
