Stress is a state of emotional problems caused by very difficult conditions.

It is our mental,
physical, emotional, and behavioral responses to any challenges. By studying a lot at school,
working overtime, etc., stress can also be generated. Some individuals can be very affected by
stress, but other individuals do not have much impact.

I experienced being stressed a lot of times. One of the aspects I'm stressing is my school
work because I still adjust to the new normal education system. I found it hard because the online
class is different from traditional learning. Because you will learn stuff in traditional learning when
listening to the professor and asking your questions directly. However, there is an asynchronous
online course, which can be of use to us but I don't think it's enough for us students to learn the
various subjects online. There is also an asynchronous class, which means that you're self-studied
and I find it difficult to understand online because you have to understand it yourself. There are
also times when I get stressed about my own life because I have also experienced tough problems
and challenges and sometimes you are going to think poorly because of your feelings and
experiences.

There are stuff or ways I used to deal with my stress. First, I eat and see my favorite show
on Netflix so I can relax and try to stop thinking about my problems and difficult situations. The
second is to go out with my friends. Going out with my friends eliminate my stress and they always
help me to deal with my stress. The third way is to handle my time properly. When I’m stress, I
try to manage my time and make time for myself to lessen the stress that I have. And the last thing
is to think positively, even though the situation is rough or things are difficult. When I think about
negative things, I always see how positive the outcomes can be, and I always believe I can achieve
anything. This is how I manage my stress or handle it.
