SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That I, LAUREANO A. MARAÑA III, of legal age, Filipino and resident of 453 Vicente del Fierro
Street, Gagalangin,Tondo, Manila, do hereby name, constitute and appoint ALIKO TRINIDAD BASHIR, JR., of
legal age, married, Filipino and resident of Block 57, Lot 44, 30 th Street, Metrogate Subdivision, San Agustin 1, City
of Dasmariñas, Cavite, to be my true and lawful attorney-in-fact, for us and in our names, place and stead, to do and
perform the following powers, to wit:

1) To authorized with full consent and authority to CLAIM and RECEIVE the original copy of
the Certificate of Registration, Cancellation of Chattel Mortgage and other relative documents
pertaining to the vehicle identified as Toyota Wigo bearing plate number VD 9844 from
United Coconut Planters Bank (UCPB) as well as PROCESS and APPLY for the Cancellation
of Chattel Mortgage at the Register of Deeds for the Province of Cavite and Land
Transportation Office (LTO);

2) To sign in my behalf any and all documents which shall be required or necessary for the
release of the aforementioned documents and for the cancellation of the said chattel mortgage
and to pay appropriate fees relative thereto;

3) To claim and receive any and all documents which shall be released by the Register of Deeds
and Land Transportation Office (LTO);

4) To do and perform such other acts and powers for the expeditious execution of the foregoing
special powers.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto our said attorney-in-fact full power and authority to do and
perform all and every act and thing whatsoever requisite, necessary or proper to be done in and about the premises
as fully to all intents and purposes as we might or could do if personally present and acting in person; and HEREBY
RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that our said attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done under and
by virtue of these presents.
