The five qualities of leadership I like are:

1. Develop trust and credibility.


This quality is very important among 12 because this can build a good communication
and good relationship if you get the trust among your sub-coordinates. But before you build
trust among your co-workers you must trust first yourself before you gain trust everybody. The
change comes first to yourself before you gain it. It follows credibility when you gain trust. To
develop credibility you must ask yourself if you are capable of a good leadership and can
manage a certain group of people. To build credibility among co-workers you must have a self
confidence to do a certain job or duties that will serve them as a mirror to improve and pursue
their job for better or good outcomes.

2. Establish a strong relationship with your team.


A strong relationship builds a good team. This can be achieve though deep investigation
or know about your workers, their strength and weaknesses that makes your decisions and
plans in your work softly. Their abilities and skills of your workers or colleagues makes you
decide to suit whether they are capable of doing such works. Their strength and weaknesses
serve you as a leader to put them in a good position or duties that are capable for their own
work.
3. Transparency is the key.
Being a transparent makes you a better person or a good leader and manager. Honesty
is the best policy, this quote tells leader or manager to make sure that all your works and
activities should be done by honesty or nor hiding anything if you doing your work well.
Transparency is the best thing to do in a certain organization because this can build respect, love
of work and trust among your co-workers.

4. Be open to new ways of looking at things.


This quality among leadership tells leader or manager to be more competitive and look
for a better version of new world of job. A new world of generations and challenges to improve
a certain works can make an organization a competitive one. New technologies, ideas and
techniques should be entertain or adopt of a leader so that your workers excited to do a certain
challenge jobs with a big smile. Leaders or managers should accept new ideas and skills to
improve the works and abilities of your co-workers.

5. Be there to help them.


As a leader or manager acts as one of your sub-coordinates because this is the best
thing you can do to makes them comfortable and safe in doing their works. Through this, you
can identify and saw your workers who needs help most of the time and makes them think that
you are a helpful leader. Be one of them and join them in works or in some occasions because
this is step on how to know them better but you must have the gap or control on how to build
relationship among them. Put a bridge and feel them that no matter how you join and be one of
them you are the leader or manager to be respect and love of them.
