MOTION TO WITHDRAW INFORMATION

The Prosecution, through the undersigned Public Prosecutor,

unto this Honorable Court, respectfully states:

1. The accused has not been arraigned in these cases;

2. The complainant had executed an Affidavit of Desistance,

dated ________ stating that these cases were filed out of
misaccounting and misapprehension of facts and that she is no
longer interested in pursuing these cases. Attached here is the
copy of affidavit of desistance marked as Annex “A”;

3. It is submitted that, without the cooperation of the complainant

and there being no other witnesses/evidence available, the
Prosecution would not be able to establish the guilt of the
accused beyond reasonable doubt.
