Subject: My loan Situation

I acknowledge receipt of your letter dated July 28 th 2020, reminding me to regularize my

loan situation which has current debit balance, of XAF 10,431,912 (ten million, four hundred
and thirty-one thousand, nine hundred and twelve francs).

To resolve this problem, I made a firm promise to the board chair, that based on the new job I
have just completed, I will make a payment of XAF 2,000,000 (two million) once I receive
payment. Following this payment, other payments of XAF 2,000,000 (two million) will follow
each time I receive a payment through NFC bank for jobs executed. To support this proposal, I
have attached to this letter the invoice I raised after completing this new job.

I would like to crave the indulgence of the board once I begin regular payment to approve good
faith negotiations with me to put the account first on a regular performance status, and second,
to reduce the penalties and accumulated interests on the loan.

Finally, I would like to sincerely thank the board for granting this loan, and for their patience
this far. On my part, I promise to make every possible effort to ensure payments, and to report
in a transparent manner to the board each time I encounter difficulties.
