Technology upgrade - CongressMatrix

Built-in (N+8)*26 audio matrix switcher in the congress system control main unit (“N”
here refers to number of open mics in the system).
✪ Output channels up to 26, with equalizer and limiter adjustable separately.
✪ Connectable to a multi-channel independent PA system. The audio signal in each channel is
independent and can be transmitted from any microphone to any loudspeaker, at any ratio.
This is called “Mix-Minus”.
✪ 2CH audio input (Line/Dante) + 2CH AES input (AES/Dante) + 2CH USB input (USB/Dante) +
2CH Dante input Or 1CH audio input（Line/Dante) & 1CH mic input + 2CH AES input

1. Connect to the network（Models with an “N”）
The control PC and nameplates should connect to
the same network, nameplates should be control
over HCS-8532 E-ink Nameplate Server
PS: the default IP address of the nameplate is

192.168.1.82. When using the above mentioned
connection, the IP address of each nameplate
needs to be changed. With the built-in webserver,
once connected to the network, input default
address on a web browser to visit the nameplate
and put in a new IP address. Then restart the
nameplate.

2. Connect nameplate to a computer
✫ Connect to the computer via the Type-C USB interface. This is a simple “plug-in and
play” application and the nameplates now performs like a USB thumb drive. We can
directly input a picture and display it on the nameplate.
✪ Through HCS-8531 Nameplate APP or HCS-8532 Nameplate Server, the following functions can be
realized:
✫ Users can flexibly set display contents, such as conference logo, conference name, name and title of the
delegate, which can be displayed on the nameplate when the delegate signs in on the conference unit
✫ Default screen setting is available for pre-meeting display or absence display
✫ Microphone status indicator on/off adjustable
✫ After seats being assigned, control of a certain or multiple nameplates display is possible
✫ Double-screen models: each side be set separately or both sides be set synchronously
