Explain why we need to study the water safety measures before the
actual application of swimming?

Before we do anything, we should at least have some information and thoughts about
safety and hazards that may exist, especially when swimming, so that we can avoid risk
and know what to do if we come across someone who is in danger. This is significant since
some people are unaware of such crucial information and are instead focused on their
leisure and enjoyment of soaking in the pool.
