To formally introduce the Barangay Empowerment Program that aims to elevate the standards
and performance of our 27 Barangays in the City of Koronadal in terms of effective delivery of
government services, leading to a highly competitive, progressive, garbage free and beautifully
landscaped city, there will be a Launching of the said program on January 21, 2019, 9 o’clock AM at
the City Hall Lobby.

For this matter we are inviting you to attend the said event. Your presence is of great importance,
therefore we look forward to seeing you on the program launching.
