WEEK 8

FINAL REHEARSAL AND SETTING THE VENUE

The final rehearsal must be refine and finalizing the performance or

each band
And must be accurate and creative performer than the trial rehearsal

SETTING UP THE VENUE

 Making of props and other materials applying desired design of the
venue
 Make sure the venue is already clean up for the final event
 Give and hire security agency for security purposes and the safety of
the concert

FINAL REHEARSAL INCLUDE:

 Musical and dress rehearsal

 perfect run for each band for the allotted time which giving each
group an hour
 Also include the full line up of the songs
 All materials needed in final rehearsal must be in the backstage

The setting up the venue is 24 hours prior to the event

The final rehearsal is 12 hours prior to the main event
