RECOMMENDED OPERATIVE METHOD

 Process at room temperature.


 Blend EMULSION AF-400 and DANOX 35ST.
 Add deionized water under stirring and slowly.
 Continue with the addition of the other additives: preservative, fragrance, dye (diluted in water),
keeping in mind supplier recommendations.
 Unload the final product.

COMMENTS

 The quantity of DANOX 35ST can be increased if higher detergency power is needed.

COMPONENTS

EMULSION AF-400 (blend of waxes, polymers and surfactants,  40% a. m.): non-ionic character. Surfactant mixture
advised to prepare floor and furniture polishing products.

DANOX 35-ST (alkyl benzene sulphonate, mix salt,  34% a.m.): anionic character. Primary surfactant, highly foaming
and detergent.
