Bullying is very common especially in school premises. For example, in the Philippines, 65 percent of 7,233 15year-old Filipino students “reported being bullied at least a few times a month”, according to the Program for International Student Assessment (PISA) 2018 survey published by the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD). The differences that comes to my mind first is that, I think boys are being bullied more on physically and on the other girls are being bullied more on verbally. 3. Who do children tell when they are being bullied? I think they mostly tell it to their close friends or relative. 4. Does bullying cause problems in later years? Of course because it will cause trauma to the victim that would last for a lifetime. 5. If you have witness this scenario, what can you do? Tell the bully to stop his/her action immediately and offer some help to the victim and report the incidence.
