Whereas The President of India acting through The Assistant Commissioner of Customs Visakhapatnam,
Ministry of Finance, Govt. of India (herein referred to as the Govt.) has agreed to make provisional
assessment of goods described in the ‘Schedule of Cargo’ below exported to be exported by M/s. SATVIK
ENTERPRISES LIMITED, 1, PARK LANE, 3RD FLOOR, KOLKATA - 700 016, INDIA (hereinafter referred to as
exporter pending. We, the State Bank of India, Corporate accounts Group Branch, Reliance House 2 nd
floor, 34 j.e. Nehru Road, Kolkata – 700071 at the request of the exporter do hereby unconditionally
and irrevocable undertake to offer Government an amount not exceeding Rs._________/-(Rupees
______________________ only) against any loss damage caused to or suffered by the Government by
reason of failure on the part of the said exporter in respect of the consignment mentioned in the
schedule.

We the State Bank of India, Corporate Account Group Branch hereby undertake to pay the amount and
payable under the guarantee without any demur or protest, merely on a demand from the Government
stating the amount claimed is due by way of loss or damage caused or suffered by the Government any
such demand made on the bank shall be conclusive as regards the amount due and payable by the bank
under the present.

We undertake to pay to the Govt. any money so demanded notwithstanding any dispute or disputes
raised by the exporter in any suit or proceeding pending before any court or Tribunal relating thereto
and out liability under these presents being and unequivocal.

That this guarantee shall remain in force for Eighteen months from the date of issue i.e._________ and
shall be renewed automatically atleast one month before the date of expiry of the subject Bank
Guarantee.

That this guarantee shall not be discharged by any change in the constitution of the exporter of the
bank.

That the Guarantor will not revoke the guarantee without the prior consent of government.

Protective clause to limit monitoring liability and validity of the Bank Guarantee kept by the bank.

Not with standing anything stated above me liability under the guarantee shall remain in force until all
the dues of the Assistant/Deputy/Commissioner of Customs Visakhapatnam under or by virtue of the
Guarantee, have been fully paid to the satisfaction of the concerned Assistant/Deputy/Commissioner of
Customs Visakhapatnam or completion of EIGHTEEN MONTHS from the date of issue of the Bank
Guarantee whichever is earlier.

We also undertake to renew the bank guarantee on our own account from time to till such time the matter
for which bank guarantee has been given is finalized to the satisfaction of the custom authority.
 1. All Claims under this Guarantee shall be payable at Visakhapatnam.

2. This Guarantee will be returned to us as soon as the purpose for which it is issued is fulfilled.

Now with standing any this contained herein our liability under this Bank Guarantee shall not exceed Rs.
