The AdDU Preschool and Grade
School use Moodle and Google
Classroom in preparing and
administering online classes.
Within the Moodle and Google
Classroom, the pupil interacts with
their teacher and classmates,
accesses materials, creates and
submits assignments, and tracks
progress.
Live Conferences

The teacher conducts classes using a video

communication service. A unique link for
each class is displayed on the Google
Classroom Stream or Classwork pages. The
link acts as a dedicated meeting space for the
group, making it easy for teachers to process
the learning of the pupils and assist each
pupil to better understand concepts.
 E-Learning Materials
The teacher has carefully selected digital tools, applications, links, and
specially designed materials for pupils to use. These are all posted in the
Google Classroom for easy access of pupils. These include the following:

A. Online Instruction Delivery Plan B. Multi-media Materials C. Formative Assessments

(websites, videos, PPTs, etc.)
 Device Requirements
To prepare your child for this new learning experience, the following
materials would be needed.

1. Desktop or 2. Headset/Webcam 3. Internet connection

DESKTOP/ LAPTOP COMPUTER

To have the best experience of a video

communication service, make sure that your
desktop/laptop has a web browser like Chrome,
Microsoft Edge, Firefox, Internet Explorer 10 or
later for Windows, and Safari 6 or later for Mac.

This set up necessitates that each child has his/her own

desktop/laptop.
 Device Requirements

HEADSET/WEBCAM
If you decide to buy a desktop computer,
please make sure that you have a headset or
earphone with microphone and a high
definition web camera.

If you decide to buy a laptop computer,

please pick a model with a built-in camera
and microphone. You may also buy a headset
or earphone with microphone if you don’t
want your child to be distracted by ambient
noise.
 Device Requirements

INTERNET CONNECTION

One must have an internet connection that

supports online activities such as Google
Classroom, Google Meet, and Zoom. It should
support the access of web browsers like
Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Firefox, Internet
Explorer 10 or later for Windows, and Safari 6 or
later for Mac.

The school will provide a home prepaid WIFI device for

each pupil.
Learning Space Requirement

Your children will achieve their best work

in a quiet, comfortable and dedicated
space devoted to learning. This will be a
different set-up where they normally
play games or watch television. Keep in
mind that children will be in this space
for many hours each day and parents
should watch out for any orthopedic
issues that may arise related to comfort
and posture.
Adult Supervision

A responsible adult must

accompany your child at home.
This is to make sure that your
child is engaged in learning.
