A. ILLUSTRATED NOVELS
The term illustrated novel refers to an extended narrative with with multiple image that, together with
the text, produce meaning. Therefore, the illustrated novel is not a work graced by a single decorated
cover or frontispiece.
B. DIGI-FICTION
Digi-Fiction is fiction that is written for and read from a computer and can be Web
- or app-based (for tablets and smartphones) or accessed via CD-ROMs
C. GRAPHIC NOVEL
Graphic novel can be fiction,non-fiction,fantasy,history,or anything in-between. Graphic Novels are
similar to comic books because they sequential art to tell a story. Unlike, comic books, graphic novels
are generally stand- alone stories with more complex parts.
E. DOODLE FICTION
A literary presentation where the author incorporates doodle drawings and hand written graphics in
place of traditional font. Drawings enhance the story, often adding humorous elements that would be
missing if the illustrations were omitted.
F. TEXT-TALK NOVELS
One of the modern ways writing a stories and novel. The medium for this kind of literature limits to
email,SMS, and messenger. However, if the writer has a different medium that can be used for
exchanging conversations, he may do so.
G. FLASH FICTION
Flash fiction is a fictional work of extreme brevity that still offers character and plot development.
Identified varieties,many of them defined by word count, include the six-word story; the 280-character
story;” the dribble”; “the drabble” ; “sudden fiction”; “flash fiction” ; and “microstory “.
J.CREATIVE NON-FICTION
Creative non-fiction is a genre of writing that uses literary styles and techniques to create factually
accurate narratives.
L. BLOG
A regular updated website or page, typically one run by an individual or small group, that is written in
an informal or conversational style.
