Alpha 22-23 Installation Guidelines

1. 30-60 min pre-installation registrations and fellowship may be organised

2. 60-90 min post-installation snacks/lunch/dinner and fellowship (optional)
3. Installation agenda must be for max 60 min - No deviation
4. A Club may invite members’ partners and other prospective members for installation
5. Suggested district invitees are as follows:
➢ Alpha Governor / PDG (Chief Guest) – Mandatory
➢ Alpha First Lady / Spouse of Chief Guest - Mandatory
➢ Alpha District Secretary (Club) - Mandatory
➢ Alpha Assistant Governor - Mandatory
➢ Alpha Assistant Trainer - Mandatory
➢ Alpha Co-Presidents - Optional
➢ Alpha District Secretary (Training) - Optional
➢ Alpha District Coordinator (Club) - Optional
➢ Alpha Chief Coordinator - Optional
➢ Other Alpha District Dignitaries - Optional
➢ Partners of Alpha District Dignitaries – Optional
➢ Alpha TRF & Membership Avenue Head - Recommended
6. A Club may collect guest charges for other district invitees under optional category.
7. Meeting called to order by
➢ President 21-22 if Installation is on or before 30 June 2022
➢ Alpha President 22-23 if Installation is on or after 1 July 2022
8. Please avoid flowers, gifts
9. No award presentations
10. Chief Guest introduction will be provided before installation
11. Profiles of Alpha DG (or Chief Guest), Alpha AG and Alpha President should be printed and placed on
chairs/tables
12. Stage Dais may be avoided and in case unavoidable following seating to be adopted:

13. All clubs are strongly advised to have a dry run / rehearsal with their AG, with at least the incoming and
outgoing President’s present
