COORDINATOR’S MEETING
July 9, 2022

MINUTES OF THE MEETING:

1. In preparation for Marian Concert each choir group may submit their chosen
song based on the Mary Zone assigned for each choir group. The chosen song
can be an inspirational or a Marian song. Dead line of submission will be on July
23, 2022.

2. Our monthly dues will resume starting on July, 2022. As we agreed upon each
choir group will contribute ₱100.00 that will be collected by Kuya Bino. The Music
Ministry paid already to PPC from January up to June 2022.

3. St. Pedro Poveda Novena July 19 - 27

Parish

 Note: For those who have practice schedule on 23 rd of July will be

CANCELLED to give way the ALL CHOIR PRACTICE for the Feast of St.
Poveda.

4. General Lay Assembly for Liturgical Servants July 30 / Parish

NO EXCUSE! Everybody is required to attend After 6:00PM Mass

5. The STREET MASS with choir participation will resume / start on the 3 rd week of
August.

 GUIDELINES:
a) During the rainy seasons the cancellation of the mass will be
announced by Coor. Che on or before 6:00 PM
b) No adjustment for choir schedule assigned.
c) Fixed schedule for El Shaddai.
d) No mass every 5th week of the month.
e) Final Song – sing only Marian song or Banal na Pamilya

 6. Election for the new set of Music Ministry officers will be on the last week of July.

7. The K.AF. (Knights of the Altar and Family Choir) 4:00PM Sunday Mass
schedule will alternate with the Schola Pio Choir.

IMPORTANT DATES TO REMEMBER:

a) July 23 – last day of submission of Marian or Inspirational

Song for Marian Concert.
b) August 18 – 4th Year Parish Dedication Celebration
c) Sept. 3 – General Rehearsal for Marian Concert
d) Sept. 8 – Marian Concert
