Our contracts are a minimum of 10 hours. Classes are a minimum of 120 minutes.

At Learn FLE, we offer courses from school grade 4 level to Beginner. Intermediate and Advanced
level courses for Adults. Special offers for Canadian School students and Adults. So students can
benefit from the personalised attention that comes from working in groups that too with less
number of students in one group, yet still have the opportunity to interact with other students
and practice their language skills.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
: Fees is payable in advance. They are not subject to taxes.
: Fees are exclusive of books (except where otherwise mentioned).
: Full payment must be received at least 1 week before the first class. No refund once fee paid in any case
: All sessions within a contract of 10 hours must be used within two months, starting the day of the first session.
: All sessions within a contract of 30 hours must be used within 6 months, starting the day of the first session.
: All sessions within a contract of 40 hours must be used within 7 months, starting the day of the first session.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. Basic Policy

: Classes can take place at your home, office, online or on our premises.
: A free evaluation/advice service is provided at the Learn FLE to help you choose your learning programme.
: We provide individual or group instruction for all levels of proficiency from beginners to advanced.

2. Terms of Payment

A. Fees is payable in advance.They are not subject toVAT.

B. Once the signed quotation has been received, Learn FLE will organise the courses and send you an invoice.
Full payment must be received at least one week before the first class is due to be held.
C. We accept credit/debit cards and bank transfers. Classes can also be purchased online.
D. We regret that payment of fees by instalments cannot be accepted.
E. Face to face classes and online classes are a minimum of 120 minutes
G. Fees are exclusive of books, except where otherwise indicated.

3. Cancellation and Refund

A. No refund will be made in any case.

B. All sessions within a contract of 10 hours must be used within two months, starting the day of the first
session.
C. All sessions within a contract of 30 hours must be used within 6 months, starting the day of the first session.
D. All sessions within a contract of 40 hours must be used within 7 months, starting the day of the first session.
