As we know that these given products are known as the aluminum frames and the annular fins and
also that they are made up of extrusion process which is the main process and apart from that there
are some process which can be used and being explained below

i) Apart from the extrusion process there is a manual process which is being used for making these
products and the step wise process is as given below 

First of all the required profile parts are obtained from cutting machine and moved to the
assembly areas 
After this appropriate angle selection is being done for the profiles selected 
All other necessary requirements are checked if required
Small small drill holes are made in the profiles and the angle ate maker as per the hole made
and also the holes provided & number the profile & angle are checked 
After this the holes in angles are also being made and this is done as per the marking 
Identification number is provided for better assembly 
After it the angles to the profile as per the identification number is being done 
After that the assemblly of the aluminium frame is being carried out
Corners are being inspected if the gap or mismatch is found, if it is there , correction is being
done 
The gasket is fitted as per the cutting requirements and list made that time 
Fitting the accessories
Checking  the dimensions 

ii) Why these process are not attractive as extrution

Even though we can produce these parts with manual processes but these process are not that
much attractive beacuse 

Time taken in production is high

We can not produce higher quantity of the finished products with these processes
Accuracy and finishing is not that much smooth 
More manpower and manpower skills are required 
Different manual confirmations are sometimes tedious which leads to decreased quality of the
product
The extrusion process if used , improves the deformation capacity of aluminum but manual
process can not
In extrusion process there are three way compressive stress acting in the deformation zoen
which improves the structural and mechanical properties of aluminum.
