Verse 3 "Now for a long season Israel hath been without THE
TRUE GOD, and without a teaching priest, and without law."

~It been indeed, long. However we are now bringing back the true
knowledge of God and teaching priests to anti typical Israel.

Verse 4 ; 4 But when they in their trouble did turn unto the LORD
God of Israel, and sought him, HE WAS FOUND OF THEM.

👆🏽This is the intention. To turn unto The Lord God and he shall
indeed be found of us.🌱

TOPIC 1; THE BENEFITS OF THIS STUDY.

Number 1 - 2 Peter 1:2,3

Verse 2 - "GRACE AND PEACE BE MULTIPLIED unto you

through the knowledge of God, and of Jesus our Lord,

~this study gives Grace and Peace.🍂 In a world of little peace this
is what we need , in a world of hopelessness we simply need the
knowledge of God.

Verse 3 ; "According as his divine power hath GIVEN US ALL

THINGS that pertain unto LIFE and GODLINESS , through the
knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue:"
~this study will enable is get all things pertaining to life and
godliness. This is what all humanity needs, life .

👆🏽think about everything you have ever wanted for life and even
godliness. This study provides it. According to verse 3.

Number 2 - Proverbs 9:10

"The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom: and the

knowledge of the holy IS UNDERSTANDING."

~ understanding is in this study. How the thousands of students in

schools of higher l should plunge themselves into this study.

Number 3 - Jeremiah 9:23,24.

23 "Thus saith the LORD, Let not the wise man glory in his
wisdom, neither let the mighty man glory in his might, let not the
rich man glory in his riches: 24 But let him that glorieth GLORY IN
THIS that he understandeth and knoweth me, that I am the LORD
which exercise lovingkindness, judgment, and righteousness, in the
earth: for in these things I delight, saith the Lord. "

~this should be our glory. Like it should be our highest attainment

ever in life. All should be desiring to know this wonderful being who
created us. Its beautiful children of God.

👆🏽first to know Him , being able to distinguish him from other gods
then to know His Character, then be transformed to become like Him
in character.

MORE IMPORTANCE...
A) 2 Chronicles 30:22 -
"And Hezekiah spake comfortably unto all the Levites that taught
the good knowledge of the LORD: and they did eat throughout the
feast seven days, offering peace offerings, and making confession to
the LORD God of their fathers."

~Hezekiah the king taught it. It's a message for kings.

B)Hosea 4:1
"Hear the word of the LORD, ye children of Israel: for the LORD
hath A CONTROVERSY with the inhabitants of the land, because
there is no truth, nor mercy, nor knowledge of God in the land."

~God has a Controversy with people who do not have this

knowledge.

C)Hosea 6:6
"6For I desired mercy, and not sacrifice; and the knowledge of God
MORE THAN BURNT OFFERINGS."

~its more than BURNT offering. Today this can be compared to your
tithe. This study is more important than that. Imagine…

D)1 Cor 15:34

"Awake to righteousness, and SIN NOT for some have not the
knowledge of God: I speak this to YOUR SHAME"

~Through this, we shall get to a point where we sin not. Is this your
desire? Its mine.

E)2 Corinthians 10:5

"Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself
against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every
thought to the obedience of Christ;"

~ we are to cast away everything that exalteth itself about this

knowledge.

F) Colossians 1:10
"10That ye might walk worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing, being
fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of
God;"

~ we are told to increase in this knowledge.

Truly the value of this study cannot be exaggerated. 🙏🏽

TOPIC 2 ; THERE IS ONE GOD.

Deuteronomy 6:4
"4Hear, O Israel: The LORD our GOD IS ONE LORD"

~Famous Scripture to all Hebrews. It was sang by almost every one

in Israel. It clearly reveals that God is One God.

MORE SCRIPTURE ABOUT ONE GOD...

A) 10 "Have we not all one father? hath not ONE GOD created us?
why do we deal treacherously every man against his brother, by
profaning the covenant of our fathers?"
~only one God. The bible makes it clear that it does not support ant
form of pagan religion containing more than one God.

B)Mark 12:29 "And Jesus answered him, The first of all the
commandments is, Hear, O Israel; The Lord our GOD IS ONE
LORD:"

~ Amen. Jesus quotes Deuteronomy 6:4(Its called the Hebrew

Shema). Beautiful verse indeed. Jesus Himself, the leader of the
Christian religion believes that there is one God.

👆🏽thus we see only one God in the Bible. There is no room for Gods
in the Bible or in heaven.

C)Romans 3:30
" 30Seeing it is one God, which shall JUSTIFY the circumcision by
faith, and uncircumcision through faith."

~Justification is one thing we all need. The Bible tells us it is one

God that des that.Praise the One God of the Bible.

D) 1 Corinthians 8:4
"4As concerning therefore the eating of those things that are offered
in sacrifice unto idols, we know that an idol is nothing in the world,
and that there is none other God BUT ONE ."

~Contrasting the many idols which are "nothing " and the ONE who
I actually is everything.

E)Galatians 3:20
"20Now a mediator is not a mediator of one, but God is one."

~Amen.

F) James 2:19
"19Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the
DEVILS BELIEVE and tremble.

~Even the devils believe it.

👆🏽 this point may need to be understood very clearly before we

proceed. This is a very critical point of our study.

The number of Gods that we have is just one and not more.
EMPHATICALLY ONE.

Strictly Monotheistic.

TOPIC 3 ; THIS ONE GOD IS THE FATHER

1 Corinthians 8:6 "But to us there is but one God, THE FATHER ,

of whom are all things, and we in him; and one Lord Jesus Christ, by
whom are all things, and we by him."

~The Father One God ,we were talking about in topic 2.

MORE PASSAGES ON THE FATHER BEING THE ONE GOD OF

THE BIBLE...

A)Ephesians 4:6
" One God and FATHER of all, who is above all, and through all,
and in you all."

~Amen. NOTE in verse 5 of this Chapter it says "One Lord" .Who

could this be?We read it in 1st Cor 8:6 its Jesus Christ. There a clear
distinction is made between the one God and the Jesus Christ.
(Important point to note)

B)1 Timothy 2:5

"For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the
man Christ Jesus;

~Amen. Therefore one God on one side men on the other side and
Jesus Christ mediating in between. What a fit verse to summarise our
entire study for tonight. And this distinguishes the one God from
Jesus clearly. We can safely say from this Scripture that Jesus is not
the One God nor is he composing the one God.(We'll get to ID Jesus
later)

C)Mark 12:32
" 32And the scribe said unto him, Well, Master, thou hast said the
truth: for there is one God; and there is NONE OTHER BUT HE:"

~Here the scribe speaks with Jesus. And he identifies that the there is
no other God but HE(someone else ). We can clearly see that the one
God spoken of here is someone else and not Jesus.

D)Malachi 2:10 "10Have we not all ONE FATHER hath not one
God created us? why do we deal treacherously every man against his
brother, by profaning the covenant of our fathers?"

~Amen.
👆🏽The one God is the Father. It's a critical point. It's the foundation
for more understanding. One God is not made up of a group or
committee.

TOPIC 4; THIS ONE GOD HAS A SON . (briefly)

*briefly because it will be elaborately covered by the next presenter.

John 3:16
"16For God so loved the world, that he gave HIS ONLY
BEGOTTEN SON that whosoever believeth in him should not
perish, but have everlasting life.

~He had a son and He sent Him.

Our duty is to believe this Son.

TOPIC 5; THIS SON IS JESUS CHRIST.

(*Briefly because it shall be elaborately covered by the next

presenter.)

John 6:68 "Then Simon Peter answered him, Lord, to whom shall we
go? thou hast the words of eternal life.69 And we believe and are
sure that thou art that Christ, the Son of the living God.""

~Peter was sure that He(Christ)is the Son of God. Are you?

One key thing about the Son of God is that he Declares the Father,
He reveals Him,

John 1:18 .
"18No man hath seen God at any time; the only begotten Son,
which is in the bosom of the Father, he hath DECLARED HIM.

~It is the and only The Son who can make known or declare the
Father.

Matthew 11:27
"All things are delivered unto me of my Father: and no man knoweth
the Son, but the Father; neither knoweth any man the Father,
SAVE THE SON, and he to whomsoever THE SON WILL
REVEAL him."

~This is a critical point children of God. No man has seen nor even
known the Father. Its only the truly begotten Son.
And He declares Him(The Father to Us) And actually that's why the
Son came to live with us .🌺

The Father dwells I light unapproachable. Notice👇🏼

1 Timothy 6:15 "Which in his times he shall shew, who is the

blessed and only Potentate, the King of kings, and Lord of
lords;16Who only hath immortality, dwelling in the light which no
man can approach unto; whom no man hath seen, nor can see:
to whom be honour and power everlasting. Amen."

~Jesus Christ has seen and throughly knows the Father He brought
him,his Character to us.And now we behold the glory of the father in
the face of Jesus.(2 Cor 4:6, ) and this is what Jesus meant to teach
Philip in John 14. 🌺 Oh Praise God for sending His Son. 🙏🏽

TOPIC 6; GOD HAS A PHYSICAL AND SPIRITUAL

NATURE.

Daniel 7:9
"9 I beheld till the thrones were cast down, and the Ancient of days
did sit, WHOSE GARMENT WAS WHITE as snow, and the HAIR
OF HIS HEAD like the pure wool: his throne was like the fiery
flame, and his wheels as burning fire."

~Ancient of days is indisputably God the Father because in Vs 13 we

see "one like the Son of Man "(Christ)approaching him .
Notice He Has hair on his head , And Has A Garment. And He is also
seated on the throne.

NOTE; False ideas now pervade all Christendom that God is just
perfume, some air like oxygen in space that covers all things. These
are spiritualistic ideas and are very wrong and dangerous to the
Christian faith.
GOD IS PHYSICAL.

Exodus 33:23
" I will take away mine hand, and thou shalt see my back parts: but
my face shall not be seen."

~Here Moses asked to see God. He was only allowed to see his back
parts but His face he was told if He saw He would have died. (Ex
33:20)
There fore God is physical a literal being who can be seen. Not
air,or perfume,or and idea in people's mind. He is Real.

👆🏽this is also a critical point in this study it will help to understand

"Pantheism, The Living Temple and the Kellogg Crisis in early SDA
history " which was called the Alpha of apostasy.

SPIRITUAL NATURE.

A) Genesis 1:2
"2And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon
the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of
the waters.

B)Gensis 6:3
"And the LORD said, My spirit shall not always strive with man, for
that he also is flesh: yet his days shall be an hundred and twenty
years.

~so God has a Spirit.

C) John 4:24
"God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in
spirit and in truth."

~ God is Spirit meaning the spirit of God is just himself. And the
God talked about here we have already discussed is The Father. This
is evident just in the previous verse.Notice👇🏼
Verse 23 "for THE FATHER seeketh such to worship him.
~ Thus the God who is a Spirit in verse 24 is the Father.

Thus we see that God has both Physical and Spiritual nature. Just
like you and me. We have our bodies which are the dust of the
ground (Gen 2:7) and our Spirits which when they leave we remain
dead. (James 2:26)👇🏼
James 2:26 "26For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith
without works is dead also."

TOPIC 7; THE SPIRIT OF GOD IS HIS PRESENCE.

(*Briefly because it shall be handled better by another presenter...)

Psalm 51:11
"11Cast me not away from thy presence ; and take not thy holy
spirit from me."

Psalms 139:7
"7Whither shall I go from thy spirit? or whither shall I flee from thy
presence ?"

~Amen.God's Spirit is His presence, omnipresence.

The Psalms are poetically written so a sentence repeats and
expounds the former. The Spirit is not another separate
being ,individual from the Father.

TOPIC 8; WORSHIP IS ONLY FOR GOD AND HIS SON

CHRIST STRICTLY.
Revelation 5:13
"13And every creature which is in heaven, and on the earth, and
under the earth, and such as are in the sea, and all that are in them,
heard I saying, Blessing, and honour, and glory, and power, be unto
HIM THAT SITTETH UPON THE THRONE and unto the THE
LAMB for ever and ever.14And the four beasts said, Amen. And the
four and twenty elders fell down and worshipped him that liveth for
ever and ever.

~Revelation 5 is a beautiful picture of a worship service in heaven.

Verse 13 just shows exactly who is worshipped.

1.The one who sits upon the throne.

2.The Lamb.

No one else.
👆🏽This is a very important point children of God. Because there is
someone else who really wants you worship. Watch

Satan wants worship desperately...

A)Matthew 4:9
"And saith unto him, All these things will I give thee , if thou wilt
fall down and WORSHIP ME."

~He even offers bribes to be worship, he can do anything to be

worshipped.

B) "How art thou fallen O Lucifer, son of the morning! how art thou
cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations!13For thou
hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my
throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the
congregation, in the sides of the north:14 I will ascend above the
heights of the clouds; I WILL BE LIKE THE MOST HIGH .
15Yet thou shalt be brought down to hell, to the sides of the pit.🥀

~So sad how pride worked in this mighty angel. Beware of pride
friends even in your every day life. It's a dangerous thing.
Notice what Lucifer said, I will be like the most high.

If we add to the number of those worthy of our worship friends, be

sure it is this Ancient Serpent sneaking in to recieve your worship.
Beware, Beware of him.

👆🏽And through the doctrine of the trinity sadly, he is succeeding in

adding the number of individuals worthy of our worship.

That's why God has brought teachings priests and restoring the true
God in Israel as said in our key text.

CHRIST IS WORTHY OF OUR WORSHIP.

A) "11And when they were come into the house, they saw the young
child with Mary his mother, and fell down, and worshipped him:
and when they had opened their treasures, they presented unto him
gifts; gold, and frankincense, and myrrh."

~Even when He was a child He was worshipped.

B) "37And Jesus said unto him, Thou hast both seen him, and it is he
that talketh with thee. 38And he said, Lord, I believe. And he
WORSHIPPED HIM."
~Bartimaeus is worshipping Jesus here.
~Worshipping The Son of God is biblical and correct. He is worthy
to take the seals and open the scroll..

CHURCH (Voted in in 1980) ESPECIALLY NO. 2 AND 14 ARE
ERRONEOUS (wrong) AND FUNDAMENTAL PRINCIPLES
OF SDA CHURCH OF 1872 ARE A SURE PLATFORM OF
TRUTH.

They worshipped one God .

👆🏽These are the current fundamental beliefs of SDA church. Was

introduced in 1980. A new God has been introduced called Trinity.
Our beliefs have been changed. Compare with the earlier one.

The message we have studied tonight is not a light one . It is

Solemn. It requires a lot of decision making to be exercised.
You might hardly hear this from your pulpit, yet they are the
messages of eternal life "knowing the only true God and His Son
whom he sent.

This message requires boldness and firmness not in any arrogant

manner but in a holy ,consecrated way making a decision to stand
for God's truth.

We do not promise you a smooth journey, there are separations that

will have to be made. Jesus said I came not to bring peace but a
sword. The sword, you shall experience but what better place to be
than in the hands of your saviour who loves ,obeying Him.

Therefore be bold and take steps of faith. Gradually..

TOPIC ; WHAT DO I DO NOW AFTER KNOWING THE

TRUTH?

A)Acts 2:37
"Now when they heard this, they were pricked in their heart, and
said unto Peter and to the rest of the apostles, Men and brethren,
what shall we do?38Then Peter said unto them, Repent , and be
baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the
remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost."

~Are you pricked in your heart? What Peter said to them is what we
say to you…

B) Acts 17:30 "And the times of this ignorance God winked at; but
now commandeth all men every where to repent :
~God overlooked when you were still in ignorance. Now, now he is
calling all of you to repentance.

"I call heaven and earth to record this day against you, that I have set
before you life and death , blessing and cursing: therefore CHOOSE
LIFE , that both thou and thy seed may live:"

TOPIC 1 ; EXPECT NO NEW THING.

A) Testimonies to Bring Plain Lessons From the Word — "In the

Scriptures God has set forth practical lessons to govern the life and
conduct of all; but though he has given minute particulars in regard
to our character, conversation, and conduct, yet in a large measure,
his lessons are disregarded and ignored. Besides the instruction in
his Word, the Lord has given special testimonies to his people,
NOT AS A NEW REVELATION, but that he may SET BEFORE
US THE PLAIN LESSONS OF THE WORD , that errors may be
corrected, that the right way may be pointed out, that every soul may
be without excuse." — Letter 63, 1893 (See Testimonies for the
Church 5:665.). 3SM 31.3

~ SOP sets forth no new teaching, only what comes from the word.

B) Not for the Purpose of Giving New Light —Brother J would

confuse the mind by seeking to make it appear that the light God has
given through the Testimonies is AN ADDITION TO THE WORD
OF GOD, but in this he presents the matter in a false light. God has
seen fit in this manner to bring the minds of his people to his Word,
to give them a CLEARER UNDERSTANDING OF IT. 3SM 30.6

~therefore let no one think we will recieve anything new from the
truth we studied yesternight.

C)The Word of God is sufficient to enlighten the most beclouded

mind, and may be understood by those who have any desire to
understand it. But notwithstanding all this, some who profess to
make the Word of God their study are found living in direct
opposition to its plainest teachings. Then, to leave men and women
without excuse, God gives plain and pointed testimonies ,
BRINGING THEM BACK TOBTHE WORD that they have
neglected to follow. 3SM 31.1

~these are to bring is back to the word. Nothing new.

👆🏽Very important principle that will guide us in this study.

TOPIC 2 ; THE BIBLE FIRST THEN MRS. WHITE.

A) Bible Principles First, Then the Testimonies —It is my FIRST
duty to present Bible principles. Then, unless there is a decided,
conscientious reform made by those whose cases have been
presented before me, I must appeal to them personally.— Letter 69,
1896. 3SM 30.1

B) Get Proofs From the Bible—

"In public labor do not make prominent, and quote that which Sister
White has written, AS AUTHORITY TO SUSTAIN YOUR
POSITIONS .To do this will not increase faith in the testimonies.
Bring your evidences, clear and plain, from the Word of God. A
“Thus saith the Lord” is the strongest testimony you can possibly
present to the people. Let none be educated to look to Sister
White, BUT TO THE MIGHTY GOD ,who gives instruction to
Sister White.— Letter 11, 1894. 3SM 29.3

~Notice she herself says ,not to present sister white quote as having
authority over the people. She exalts the Bible.
💁🏽‍♂️Therefore whatever you get from sister White writings has to be
sustained by the Bible.

D) Not to Take the Place of the Word

— "The Lord desires you to study your Bibles. He has not given any
additional light to take the place of his Word. This light is to bring
confused minds to his Word, which, if eaten and digested, is as the
lifeblood of the soul. Then good works will be seen as light shining
in darkness.— Letter 130, 1901. 3SM 29.2.

~I notice that Mrs. White really exalted the word of God.

E) Scripture and Spirit of Prophecy Have Same Author —

"The Holy Ghost is the author of the Scriptures and of the Spirit
of Prophecy. These are not to be twisted and turned to mean what
man may want them to mean, to carry out man’s ideas and
sentiments, to carry forward man’s schemes at all hazards.— Letter
92, 1900. 3SM 30.3

~Now notice both have the same author. This means there should be
no contradiction.
👆🏽Often enough people have clung to some of Mrs.White quotes
making the to plainly contradict the Bible. This is wrong.Its
misinterpretation of her writings.
Example 👇🏼

"There is danger that the false sentiments expressed in the books that
they have been reading will sometimes be interwoven by our
ministers, teachers, and editors with their arguments, discourses, and
publications, under the belief that they are the same in principle as
the teachings of the Spirit of truth. The book, Living Temple, is an
illustration of this work, the writer of which declared in its
SUPPORT that its teachings were the SAME AS THOSE FOUND
IN THE WRITINGS OF SISTER WHITE. Again and again we shall
be called to meet the influence of men who are studying sciences of
satanic origin, through which Satan is working to make a nonentity
of God and of Christ.— Testimonies for the Church 9:67-68 (1909).

~We need to take care of this, misaplying Mrs White writings to

declare plainy scriptural teachings.

TOPIC 3 ; THE HIGHEST KOWLEDGE IS THE

KNOWLEDGE OF GOD.
Having received the faith of the gospel, the next work of the believer
is to add to his character virtue, and thus cleanse the heart and
prepare the mind for the reception of the knowledge of God. This
knowledge is the FOUNDATION OF ALL TRUE EDUCATION and
of all true service. It is the only real safeguard against temptation;
and it is this alone that can make one like God in character.
Through the knowledge of God and of His Son Jesus Christ, are
given to the believer “all things that pertain unto life and godliness.”
No good gift is withheld from him who sincerely desires to obtain
the righteousness of God. AA 530.3

“This is life eternal,” Christ said, “that they might know Thee the
only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom Thou hast sent.” John 17:3.
And the prophet Jeremiah declared: “Let not the wise man glory in
his wisdom, neither let the mighty man glory in his might, let not the
rich man glory in his riches: but let him that glorieth glory in this,
that he understandeth and knoweth Me, that I am the Lord which
exercise loving-kindness, judgment, and righteousness, in the earth:
for in these things I delight, saith the Lord.” Jeremiah 9:23,
SCARCELY CAN THE HUMAN MIND COMPREHEND THE
BREADTH AND DEPTH AND HEIGHT OF THE SPIRITUAL
ATTAINMENTS OF HIM WHO GAINS THIS KNOWLEDGE.

MORE EMPHASIS ON THE IMPORTANCE OF THIS

KNOWLEDGE....

A) "The value of the human agent is estimated according to the

capacity of the heart to know and understand God.... The HIGHEST
POSSIBLE GOOD is obtained through a knowledge of God. “This
is life eternal, that they might know Thee the only true God, and
Jesus Christ, whom Thou hast sent.” John 17:3. THIS
KNOWLEDGE IS THE SECRET SPRING FROM WHICH
FLOWS ALL POWER ...." CT 406.1

~Amen. What knowledge can exceed this?

C) Transformation of character, purity of life, efficiency in service,

adherence to correct principles, ALL DEPEND UPON A RIGHT
KNOWLEDGE OF GOD. This knowledge is the essential
preparation both for this life and for the life to come. MH 409.3

~ If we are burdened with sinful characters ,this is the knowledge we

need.
This knowledge is fundamental for all children and adults. Parents
need to make this the first thing their children learn. That there is
One God who loves them and sent his Son to die for them.
Imagine if everyone in the world knew about this ...🌺

Thus its clear that nothing can be more important to human beings
that this knowledge. We better study it…

TOPIC 4 ; THERE IS ONE GOD , WHO IS THE FATHER.

Christ is the One through whom God has at all times revealed
Himself to man. “But to us there is but one God, the Father, of
whom are all things, and we in Him; and one Lord Jesus Christ,
by whom are all things, and we by Him.” 1 Corinthians 8:6. “This
is he [Moses], that was in the church in the wilderness with the
Angel which spake to him in the Mount Sinai, and with our fathers:
who received the lively oracles to give unto us.” Acts 7:38. This
Angel was the Angel of God’s presence (Isaiah 63:9), the Angel in
whom was the name of the great Jehovah (Exodus 23:20-23). The
expression can refer to no other than the Son of God. PP 761.4

TOPIC 5; GOD IS PERSONAL YET SPIRITUAL

The mighty power that works through all nature and sustains all
things is not, as some men of science claim, merely an all-pervading
principle, an actuating energy. GOD IS A SPIRIT; yet He is a
personal being, for man was made in His image. As a personal
being, God has revealed Himself in His Son. Jesus, the outshining of
the Father’s glory, “and the express image of His person” (Hebrews
1:3), was on earth found in fashion as a man. As a personal Savior
He came to the world. As a personal Savior He ascended on high. As
a personal Savior He intercedes in the heavenly courts. Before the
throne of God in our behalf ministers “One like the Son of man.”

He has a physical aspect that can be seen and a Spirit aspect which is
actually his omnipresence,his life.

GOD IS NOT A PERFUME.

"Through Jesus Christ, God—not a perfume, not something

intangible, but a personal God —created man, and endowed him
with intelligence and power...." 3MR 355.3

TOPIC 6 ; IDOLATRY IN VARIOUS FORMS PROHIBITED.

"Multitudes have a wrong conception of God and His attributes, and

are as TRULY SERVING A FALSE GOD AS WERE THE
WORSHIPERS OF BAAL. Many even of those who claim to be
Christians have allied themselves with influences that are
unalterably opposed to God and His truth. Thus they are led to
turn away from the divine and to exalt the human. PK 177.1

~ wrong conceptions of God are still equated to idolatry. A wrong

idea about God would make us idolatrous. How we need to strive to
know God aright...

A)The apostles endeavored to impart to these idolaters a knowledge

of God the Creator and of His Son, the Saviour of the human race.

~ we are to labour as did the apostles, teaching the knowledge of

God to idolaters
B)Although the Amorites were idolaters, whose life was justly
forfeited by their great wickedness, God spared them four hundred
years to give them UNMISTAKABLE EVIDENCE THAT HE
WAS THE ONLY TRUE GOD, the Maker of heaven and earth. All
His wonders in bringing Israel from Egypt were known to them.
Sufficient evidence was given; they might have known the truth, had
they been willing to turn from their idolatry and licentiousness.
But THEY REJECTED THE LIGHT and clung to their idols. PP

~Although people may be idolaters even amongst us here ,having a

false concept of God ,He is giving unmistakable evidence that He is
the true God. Question is will you accept itor reject it...?

TOPIC 7; EXALTATION FOR FATHER AND SON ALONE.

"The Father and the Son ALONE are to be exalted."

( YI July 7, 1898 par 2)

~the key word here is 'alone'. Beautiful harmony with what we

studied yesterday.

TOPIC 8 ; THE SPIRIT IS THE OMIPRESENCE OF THE

SPIRIT OF JESUS AND HIMSELF.

"Christ tells us that the Holy Spirit is the Comforter, and the
Comforter is the Holy Ghost, “the Spirit of truth, which the Father
shall send in My name.” “I will pray the Father, and He shall give
you another Comforter, that He may abide with you for ever; even
the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth
Him not, neither knoweth Him: but ye know Him, for He dwelleth
with you, and shall be in you” [John 14:16, 17]. This refers to the
omnipresence of the Spirit of Christ, called the Comforter."

TOPIC 9; SDA FAITH LAID UPON FIRM FOUNDATION.

A)"That which was sought for out of the Word in 1844, 1845, and
1846 REMAINS THE TRUTH TODAY IN EVERY
PARTICULAR."

B)"The truths given us after the passing of the time in 1844 are just
as CERTAIN and UNCHANGEABLE as when the Lord gave them

given me are so remarkable that we know that what we have
accepted is the truth. " 1MR 53.2

TOPIC 10 ; CONCLUSION.

Mrs . White Writings are good amount. However the few we have
examined reveal an only true God who is personal and Spiritual.
That only God and his Son are the individual's worthy of our
worship. It clear that even Mrs. White writings support the Bible
belief which is against the the erroneous doctrine of the trinity.
May we be humble enough to see and accept truth that correct our
errors.
