a. Supervisor
b. Co-workers/Subordinates
c. Parents

a. Quality Circle- We are grouped into eight according to subject being handled with 6-12
members. Coordinators in each group are task to regularly conduct a meeting to identify
and solve problems within the department. Members are allowed to share their ideas and
suggestions and this motivates them as they feel being heard.
b. Benchmarking and localization of best or good practices- During LAC (learning action
cell) sessions we do share best practices in delivering lessons with contextualized and
localized activities.
C. Communities of practice- during gatherings, we do share information and experiences
with family members to learn from each other, and have an opportunity to develop
personally.

2. What specific KM strategies/mechanisms would you be applying to ensure proper

handling of KM?

To ensure proper handling of KM, I think I would apply having a knowledge databases,
repositories or portals to interconnect in order to provide a ‘one-stop knowledge shop’ to
teachers and students to achieve information on students’ study advancement and
career guidance.

3. What introspection did you have for this session on KM?
