O&M: help needed in source identification

I am wondering whether you could help there.
We discussed with the IBAT team and we cannot find a unique source for the O&M contracts:
Combo CSA/O&M            = source ICAM but only for the CSA portion… so we cannot tell which CSA is a
combo
O&M                                     = source OSC but only for PGS contracts… none of the 9 Alstom contracts
are present
All O&Ms                             = source O&M portal but info is manually entered and data is not recurrent
enough (typos, missing info…) to build an integration
 
Short term, we might need to pivot to a manual mapping of those contracts
 
However, we need to find a long term automated approach, since we will need have new O&Ms automatically
be reported & tracked
Could you recommend a file, tool (…) where ALL O&Ms are reported out ?
We could then search back on where this information is sourced.
