INDEMNITY BOND
And whereas I have submitted the building plan for the construction
of the building over the said land in accordance with Karnataka Municipal
Corporation Act, 1976.
And whereas for sanctioning of the building plan, I had given an
under taking in the form of an affidavit copy (enclosed) to the BBMP.
And whereas the Bruhath Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike has considered to
process for sanction the building plan on the aforesaid undertaking.
Now this Deed Witnesseth that in purpose of the aforesaid affidavit
and in consideration of the BBMP having agreed to sanction the building
plan submitted in respect of land situated at No. ………………..……………,
Bengaluru and referred above, I hereby undertake to indemnify and keep
harmless the Corporation from all proceeding on Courts and before other
authorities including the competent authority and all expenses / losses
claim which the Corporation may incur or become liable to pay as a result

respect of the aforesaid plot.
I further state that I and all my successors-in-interest shall abide by the

The structural drawings for the above have been prepared by us on the basis
of plans submitted to BBMP for sanction. I/we are the Structural Engineer/s on
record for this Project/building having valid Reg. No. ///SE- . The
building/s has/have been designed for Dead loads & Live loads as per relevant IS
codes; wind loads as per IS-875 part 3 and Earthquake loads as per IS 1893 – 2002.
Based on our periodic supervision and the reports submitted by site
supervisors, we are in a position to state that structural work has been carried out to
our satisfaction. The building is safe and stable for the purpose for which it was
intended.

is constructing / constructed the building in violation of sanction plan. Since, the
Building violates the provisions of KMC Act 1976 and the Bye-laws; I make the
provisional order as below;

I the under signed having delegated the power of the Commissioner under
KMC Act 1976, make this order considering the above facts that, the constructed

violates the
sanctioned plan. Hence it is here by ordered that the deviations listed in the above
table shall be removed / dismantled forthwith, which are in violation of the KMC
Act 1976 and the building Bye-laws. The violated portion of building shall be
removed to make the building to comply the KMC act 1976 & the Building Bye-laws.
The construction of the Building shall be stopped immediately till this order
is obeyed.

served to Sri./Smt. for constructing Residential / Commercial /
Industrial Building is violation of the sanctioned plan and Building Bye-laws at

__________zone of BBMP Bengaluru.
You have not acted of as per the provisional order / Justification given by you
is not satisfactory. Therefore it is again fully confirmed that the building
construction is carried out / done in violation of KMC act / rules and the Building
Bye-laws. Therefore there is no ground to drop the provisional order and hence I
the under signed issue the order as below;
