That I shall prepare the comprehensive waste management plant to remove


all C&D waste in a reasonable time frame in consultation with BBMP and
dispose the C&D waste as designated by the authority. I adhere to pay the
relevant charges as specified, in failure to do so, the corporation is at liberty
to cancel the plan sanctioned and to prevent me from proceeding with the
further construction of the building and take such other action as the
corporation may deem fit to recover the cost of removal of the debris.

I the under signed having delegated the power of the Commissioner under
KMC Act 1976, make this order considering the above facts that, the constructed

table shall be removed / dismantled forthwith, which are in violation of the KMC

submit the satisfactory justification, the provisional order will be confirmed and
an order of confirmation will be issued under Sec 321 (3) of KMC Act 1976.
