Approximately one week ago, September 24, I ordered total of 40 different gadgets for
Autobots Technology Inc. via online transaction using the Cyborg company webpage.
Based on your website, the shipment would reach their destination within 2-3 business
day, but until now I still didn’t receive the gadgets that I ordered for my company.

I have worked with your company in the past and have a great confidence in your
product and customer service. I hoped you might be able to provide me an idea on what
may have happened to delay the shipment. I need the shipment as soon as possible.
