The student will evaluate their weekly physical activities. The learners should
identify they physical activity and its type and domain. They also need to give reason/s
for doing such activity on that day.
Learning task 4. My Week Ahead.
The student will create a Physical Activity Plan for a week. Include the
components of Health-related Fitness and Skill-related Fitness and the food you
prefer to eat in your plan.
