few guidelines to stay within to ensure you are being compliant with ByDzyne and Royaltie ‘s

OMA TERMS & CONDITIONS

DO’S
• Provide true and correct information for OMA enrollment, registration and renewal;
• Read carefully and understand the terms and conditions before you start using OMA;
• Ensure that all claims made in the websites developed, emails sent, advertisements
and blog posts uploaded through the OMA platform are not false, misleading or
exaggerated;
• Create content and marketing materials through OMA which is compliant with laws;
• Only use marketing material provided by ByDzyne for the sale of ByDzyne products;
• When posting blogs, ensure you click the checkbox: “Show GDPR checkbox”;
• Erase customer contact information once a customer requests it;
• Read the ByDzyne and Royaltie data privacy policy carefully before using OMA;
• Create amazing content for your audience;
• If you are a ByDzyne Brand Ambassador, you must use the ByDzyne
Brand Ambassador logo for all websites created with ByDzyne or any
ByDzyne product,

DON’TS
• Do not use the OMA if you are below the age of eighteen (18) years;
• Do not create any website URLS which include the following names: ByDzyne, BD,
BDNation, or any of the ByDzyne product names;

• Do not make any exaggerated claims such as:
o Product claims (health, financial, false benefits/functionality, diagnose, cure, etc.)

o Financial or Monetary earnings as a ByDzyne Brand Ambassador
• Do not make any false, misleading or exaggerated claims on websites or emails
developed or sent through OMA;
• Do not create any website that looks like or claims to be an original ByDzyne site or official
site for ByDzyne products;
• Do not use any content which infringes on the intellectual property of a third party;
• Do not market OMA, where there are restrictions under law for marketing or selling
products like OMA;
• Do not send spam emails;
• Do not post content on the site or any blog which is infringing, libelous, defamatory,
obscene, abusive or offensive.
