If it wasn’t for the effort of our great scientist and philosophers, we are not able to
enjoy the wonders of psychology. John Locke has always been famous of his beliefs
and notions. And some we adapted in today’s time. John Locke believe in the
association of Ideas and human’s reflection on experience. On the other hand, David
Hartley who adapted some of Locke’s ideas with his view of the nervous system
explaining the complexity of mental process such as imagining, remembering,
reasoning which might be analyzed into clusters or sequences of elementary
expressions and psychological asks can be explained by a single law of association.
