CONTRACT AND AGREEMENT LETTER

This Agreement is made as of (Date: ___________________) is made by and between

Mr./Mrs./Ms.________________________________ with its legal address at
______________________________________.
The owner Mr. Eduardo T. Valendez with its legal address at Purok 6 Poblacion,
Getafe, Bohol.

Whereas, Mr.Eduardo Valendez has water refilling station “ ANGEL EDZ WATER
REFILLING STATION” located at Sitio Bogo Purok 6, Poblacion, Getafe, Bohol, which
provides safe and secure drinking water for his customers.

Whereas, as part of the generating water business, water gallons is one of the important
thing needed for the process.

Whereas, there are times that the customers do not have enough water gallons where
in the owner let them borrow the gallons.

Whereas, the owner sets some important agreement for the advantages of both sides,
the borrower in order for them to borrow the water gallons.

Whereas, the owner and the borrower have agreed the following: 1.) The borrower
should take good care to the number and condition of borrowed water gallons. 2.) If the
water gallons were damaged then the borrower should pay or replace the gallons. 3.) If
the borrower of the water gallons does not able to buy drinking water to the owner of the
water gallons one month or beyond then the owner will confiscate the borrowed water
gallons in good conditions. 4.) the borrower should not use the borrowed water gallons
in buying to other water refilling station.

As a formal way to validate and settle the agreement, the owner and the borrower will
have their signature over printed name.
