1 Cherry Formulation freezit

For Litres 100 L (one hundred litres)

Ingredients Quantity
Initial Water 40l
White Sugar 11.5kg
Sodium Benzoate 15G
Citric acid 85G
Flavour (FC1169) 90mls
Colour (C687) 20G
Water up to 100L

 Sodium Benzoate to be added in before citric Acid


 Sweetener (1/4) + Sugar (3/4) is equivalent to one unit Sugar

Instructions

1. Mix in clean container using the above order


2. Never premix sodium benzoate with citric acid before dissolving

Freezit shelf Life

1. Up to 2 weeks at 25-30 degree celcius


2. Up to 1 month frozen

Colour (C648-Raspberry) 15G
Water up to 100L

 Sodium Benzoate to be added in before citric Acid
