DISH WASHING LIQUID

Ingredients:

 500ml Foam booster


 500ml degreaser
 15ml colorant
 30ml EDTA
 5ml SCENT
 1kg Sodium chloride
 1kg SLES/surfactant gel
 14 liters purified water

Procedure:
 Step 1: Pour 14 litres of water in a pail
 Step 2: Add the surfactant gel then mix
 Step 3: Add Foam booster and degreaser slowly while mixing
 Step 4: Add EDTA, colorant and scent slowly while mixing
ALCOHOL BASED HAND SANITIZER GEL

Ingredients:

ITEM Wt% Purpose

 1 Deionized water 29% base liquid


 2 Carbomer 0.24% thickener
 3 Glycerine 0.70% humectant
 4 Ethanol 70% biocide
 6 Triisopropanolamine 0.26% neutralizer
 7 Scent 0.1% perfume

Procedure:

 Step 1: in a suitable formulation vessel, at room temp, and under steady mixing
weigh in items 1 and 3
 Step 2: then add item 2 slowly to prevent large clumps; mix until the mixture is
uniform.
 Step 3: mix until the mixture is uniform.
 Step 4: mix until the mixture is uniform.
 Step 5Finally add item 5 to thicken the formulation.
70% ISOPROPYL ALCOHOL

Ingredients:

 2.8L 99.9% Isopropyl alcohol


 1.2L distilled water
 30ml glycerin
 30ml scent

Procedure:
 Step 1: Pour 99.9% Isopropyl alcohol in a cup
 Step 2: Add scent and mix
 Step 3: Add distilled water moderately with continuous mixing until clear.
 Step 4: Add glycerin liquid keep mixing 10-15 mins more

70% ETHYL ALCOHOL

Ingredients:

 2.8L 95% ethyl alcohol


 1.2L distilled water
 30ml glycerin
 30ml scent

Procedure:
 Step 1: Pour 95% ethyl alcohol in a cup
 Step 2: Add scent and mix
 Step 3: Add distilled water moderately with continuous mixing until clear.
 Step 4: Add glycerin liquid keep mixing 10-15 mins more
NON TOXIC ALL PURPOSE CLEANER

Ingredients:

 1 cup distilled water


 1 cup white vinegar
 0.30g scent
 Essential oil

Procedure:

 Step 1: Pour 1 cup distilled water in a cup


 Step 2: Add scent and mix
 Step 3: Add white vinegar moderately with continuous mixing
 Step 4: Add essential oil

CITRONELLA INSECT REPELLANT

Ingredients:

 ½ cup 70% alcohol


 ½ cup white vinegar
 30ml citronella hydrosol
 3 tbsp baking soda
 10tbsp dish soap

Procedure:
 Step 1: Mix alcohol, white vinegar, dish soap and baking soda
 Step 2: add citronella hydrosol
 Step 3: stir for 10-15mins more
FABRIC CONDITIONER

Ingredients:

 1.2kg Fabric Softener flakes


 23.5 liters purified water
 30ml Antifoam
 30ml encap
 15ml antibac
 30ml colorant
 120ml Fixative
 120ml SCENT
 30ml Preservatives

Procedure:
 Step 1: Pour 18 litres of water in a 30litre container. Add preservatives and mix
foe 1 min. set aside
 Step 2: bring into boil 5.5litre water and slowly pour in fabric softener flakes in
continuous stirring for 2-5mins or until well dissolved.
 Step 3: Add the 5.5litre water in 30litre container
 Step 4: Add in antibac, encap, fixative, antifoam and scent all together and mix
well
 Step 5: Add in colorant
 Step 6: Cover and let still overnight
 Step 6: Pour in bottle containers.
POWDER DETERGENT

Ingredients:

 soda Ash – 1000 g


 Linear Alykyl Benzene Sulfuric (LABS) – 160 g
 Distilled Water – 100 ml
 Sodium Tripolyphosphate (STPP) – 40 g
 Sodium Sulfate – 800 g
 Sodium Metasillicate – 100 g
 Sodium Sulphite – 40 g
 Sodium Perborate – 60 g
 Carboxy Methyl Celluse (CMC) – 20 g
 Coco Fatty Alcohol Sulfate (CFAS) – 24 g
 Speckles – 10 g

Procedure:
 Step 1: Mix soda ash and LABS. Use wooden ladle while mixing.
 Step 2: Add water at least 100 ml. of water.
 Step 3: Mix thoroughly. Let it cool.
 Step 4:  Add the remaining ingredients and mix.
 Step 5:  Add perfume if desired, and then pack it for retail.

HAND SANITIZER ALCOGEL (4L yield)


Ingredients:

 2 L 70% alcohol
 2 L purified water
 Thickener
 Preservatives
 Moisturizer
 Neutralizer
 Colorant
 Scent

Procedure:

 Step 1: pour in 2L water in a container, then put preservatives. Mix for 30 sec.
 Step 2:  Add in thickener and set aside for 3 hours or soak overnight.
 Step 3: Transfer in another container using strainer
 Step 4: Add alcohol while mixing slowly.
 Step 5: Add moisturizer, mix slowly in one direction.
 Step 6: Add scent, and colorant while mixing.
 Step 7: Slowly add neutralizer little by little, mix slowly for 1 minute.
 Step 6: Wait for 10 minutes before transferring to bottle.

DISH WASHING LIQUID

Ingredients:

 500ml Foam booster

LIQUID DETERGENT SOAP

Ingredients:
 8%-130% gram of sodium lauryl ether sulfate (SLES) as a base ingredient of
liquid detergent
 5% or 50 grams of coconut diathonol amide (CDA), an additive in making soap
lather
 3% or 30 grams sodium tripoloyphosphate (STPP), serves as a cleansing power of
the detergent
 5%-1% or 5-10 grams table salt
 8 Milliliter of water
 2 drops of lemon for fragrance

Procedure:

 Mix sodium lauryl ether sufate and water


 Put the mixture in a beaker and add small amount of water. mix it well.
 Add 50 grams of coconut diethanol. Mix it well using the stirrer.
 continue mixing until it become sticky. Add small amount of water while
mixing to avoid creating bubbles. Set aside the CDA-SLES mixture when it
turned cream.
 In a separate mixing bowl, mix a teaspoon of STPP. Set it aside.
 Get your cream and mixed it again slowly. when the mixture bubbles, add
slowly the STPP mixture while mixing using the electric mixer.
 In a separate mixing bowl, dissolve 2 tablespoonful of salt before adding it to
the STPP and CDA-SLES mixture.
 Let 2 drops of lemon fragrance to the mixture.
 Continue mixing using the electric mixer until it become creamy.
 Put it in a container and set aside.
 From time to time, scoop bubbles forming at the top of the mixture.
 When there is no bubbles anymore, put the liquid detergent in a clean bottle.
You can use the liquid detergent after 24 hours.

LIQUID HAND SOAP

Ingredients:

 12L purified water


 1 kg    MC GEL
 300g   Industrial Salt
 30 ml   Colorant
 25 ml   Scent
 120 ml  Moisturizer
 480 ml Bubble Enhancer
 25 ml Anti – Bacterial
 30 ml Pearlizing Age

Procedure:

 Prepare 12liters of purified water


 Mix first  MC Gel with 150grms of  Industrial Salt .
 Stir until crystallized
 Add water gradually (Purified)
 Add the Colorant
 Add the Scent
 Add Moisturizer, Anti Bacterial
 Add Bubble Enhancer, Pearlizing Agent
 Leave the mix solution for at least 24 hrs. For clearing time
 Then pack into the bottle and sealed

INSECT REPELLANT CANDLE

Ingredients:

250 g of fresh citronella leaves


500 mL of denatured alcohol
1 kilo of paraffin wax gratings
Candle molders
Candle wick / threads
Water basins

Procedure:
Two hundred fifty (250) g of fresh cultivated citronella leaves were
obtained. They were cut into fine pieces and were soaked in 500 mL denatured
alcohol. They were then covered and were left overnight for 2 days.

To prepare for the candle-making procedure, a kilo of paraffin wax gratings


was obtained and was melted down by heating. The kept leaf extract in denatured
alcohol was then filtered through a fine cheesecloth and 200 mL of the filtrate
were added into the melted wax. It was then transferred to prepared candle molders
with fixed candle wicks and they were left to cool down. Once solidified, the
candles were removed from the molders and were subjected to test for insect
repellent properties.
