New Normal Set Up of Education

Does the Philippines ready for education during this pandemic? Many countries were struck
with this shocking, traumatic, phenomena that kills and ended million of lives in the world; it also affects
not only the economic, health, social, but also in education. COVID-19 hinder the day to day living of the
Filipinos, teachers, parents, and the students were greatly affected by it. It is a big challenge for
Department of Education on how are they going to face this pandemic, are they ready? The Educational
System in the Philippines should be ready to face and step up on this New Normal Education that should
have different teaching modalities.

Since there is still no vaccine, classes will still be suspended based on the statement of the
President of the Philippines, but the opening of classes will continue through a blended type of teaching.

Blended learning is a type of teaching modalities were parents or students have the privileged to choose
on the type of modalities they wanted to learn based on their accessibilities, these modalities are;
blended, modular and distance learning.
