Reflection Report:

This webinar was conducted as one of the requirements to get the Master of Arts title
in Lincoln University College. The theme chosen was inspired by the problem faced in
today’s education needs during the post-pandemic situation, which was “New Normal
Learning Approaches for Interactive and Meaningful Teaching.” Student engagement was a
seminal issue in both physical and virtual classrooms nowadays. So this webinar explored
ways in which the teachers can find new ways in delivering engaging instruction amid the
post-COVID 19 pandemic so teachers could pave the way to address the challenges in
teaching with strict health protocols while simultaneously preventing the spread of the novel
coronavirus.

This webinar had the aim that was provide learning opportunities for every teacher to
become more empowered, creative, and innovative during New Normal Era. This webinar
had also three objectives such as providing an overview of how teaching techniques in the

During the webinar preparation process there were no obstacles, which means there
were only a few problems, namely miscommunication and short deadlines so that it made all
of us a little overleapping, there were also internet network problems and we all got the
Covid-19 virus during preparation, even during the webinar event there were also problems.
some members and guest speakers who are sick but we are all still professional.

Holding this webinar gave me lots of new insights and experiences related to
designing international events via building multiple skills such as knowledge, personality,
interpersonal, communication, leadership, entrepreneurship, and ethical skills. This is my first
experience in holding a webinar event even on an international scale, so I realized that I had
many shortcomings and also made some mistakes, especially regarding the application of
technology and also the miscommunication. But thankfully everything can be resolved and
resolved. I feel very grateful to my team members Irosha and Anthia as well as to Dr. Lubna
as the coordinator of this webinar because they all have helped me a lot who is still very new
to this and also because they have been patient in guiding and teaching me who is full of
shortcomings and limitations and has given me the opportunity to join this team until this
project is completed and success. I hope that this webinar can be useful for all of us, both for
the team and participants.
