COMPLAINT

 Heavy smoke coming from DG's front side.

FINDING

 Smoke was coming from the exhaust muffler which is packed with glass wool.

DETAILS

At 5:45 PM our operator saw that there is heavy smoke coming from DG's front side and he
informed us, immediately we reached the site and used the fire extinguisher to prevent the
fire and at the same time informed the ADNOC emergency response team, and immediately
they came and extinguished the smoke.

ACTION TAKEN

 After getting the clearance from the ADNOC HSE team we have started the DG # 19 and
Aggreko DG to give the power to IP camp facilities.
 Removed DG # 26 and installed Aggreko 500KVA DG which we have kept as standby for
any emergency.
