第1章 安装说明

Chapter 1 Installation instruction

1.1 开合模传感器1.1 Sensor of open/close mould

检测到开模传感器时,合模架结构如图 1.1 所示,同时应当保证主链条可以顺畅地通


过。当检测到合模传感器时,合模架结构如图 1.2 所示,同时应当保证模具完全合上。
When detected the sensor of open/close mould, the structure of mould close frame shown as
picture 1.1, at the same time, we should guarantee the main chain can pass through smoothly.
When detected the sensor of open/close mould, the structure of mould close frame shown as
picture 1.2, at the same time, we should guarantee the mould can be closed completely.

1.2 主链条原点 1.2 Origin of main chain

主链条简图如图 1.3 所示,图中假设带动主链条的齿盘方向为逆时针,图中黑色的点

是用于检测的螺丝,方块状物体为传感器。传感器的安装位置应当是检测到信号之后,再
往前移动一小段距离。
The diagram of main chain shown as picture 1.3, suppose the direction of gear tray which
drive main chain in the picture is anticlockwise, the black points in diagram are the screws which
are used to do detection, the square shape bodies are sensors. The installation position of sensor
is that move forward a little distance again after detected the signal.

1.3 整胚电机原点 1.3 Origin of adjust preform motor

整胚电机原点简图如图 1.4 所示,图中假设整胚电机轴方向为顺时针,方块状物体为


传感器。传感器的安装位置应当是检测到信号之后,再往前移动一小段距离。
The origin of adjust preform motor shown as picture 1.4, suppose the direction of adjust
preform motor shaft in this picture is clockwise, the square shape bodies are sensors. The
installation position of sensor is that move forward a little distance again after detected the
signal.

第2章 调机步骤 Chapter 2 Process of adjust machine

调机步骤的操作,是建立在机器安装正确、程序下载完成、伺服参数已设置并且进行
过 参 数 初 始 化 。 The operating of process of adjust machine is based on machine installed
correctly, finished downloaded program, set the servo parameter and have done the parameter
initialise.
调机步骤应严格按照手动调机、复位调节、自动运行的顺序依次进行。The process of
adjust machine should strictly follow the sequence of manual adjust machine, reset adjust and
automatic running.

2.1 手动调机 2.1 Manual adjust machine

手动调机的目的是为了检查机构以及接线等条件是否满足机器运行所需的要求。
The purpose of manual adjust machine is to check whether the condition of mechanism and
wiring meet the requirements of machine running.

2.1.1 传感器的检查 2.1.1 Inspection of sensor

检查传感器安装是否松动、传感器是否能够检测到目标。
Check whether the installation of machine loosen, whether sensors can detected the targets.

2.1.2 气缸动作的检查 2.1.2 Inspection of air cylinder action

检查气缸动作是否正常、是否存在漏气现象、气缸的传感器是否正常等。
Check whether the actions of air cylinder normal, whether there has appearance of blowing,
whether sensor of air cylinder normal, etc.

2.1.3 电机方向的确认 2.1.3 Confirmation of motor direction

正转、反转各轴电机,以观察电机方向是否正常。Corotation and reversal rotating each


motor shaft to observe whether direction of motor normal.
如果电机方向相反,可将伺服的使能关闭(即 P5-20 设为 0000),再切换方向(即 P0-05
如果为 1 则设为 0,如果为 0 则设为 1),再重新开使能(P5-20 设为 0010)。修改完后伺
服参数后需要重新上电。If opposite at motor direction, can close the enable of servo(means set
P5-20 as 0000), then shift the direction (means that if P0-05 is 1 then set as 0, if it is 0 then set as

1), open the enable again (P5-20 as 0010). Need power on again after finished set the servo
parameters.

2.1.4 操作说明 2.1.4 Operating instruction

需要操作手动模式的话,那么首先就需要进入手动界面。这里仅从刚一上电显示的
Logo 画面开始,以进行说明。If need operating the manual model, then need enter into manual
tableau first. Here only start from the Logo tableau which just power on, to do instruction.
刚一上电显示的 Logo 画面如下图 2.1 所示。The shown Logo tableau at just power on
shown as picture 2.1.

画面的左下角与右下角是两个按钮,分别显示“开始”和“Start”,点任意一个即可
进入主画面,两者所不同的是一个是中文,另一个是英文。这里以“开始”按钮为例,点
击之,进入中文主画面。如图 2.2 所示。The left and right corner of the tableau are two buttons,
display the “ 开 始 ” and “Start” respectively, point any one can enter into main tableau, the
different between these buttons is that one is Chinese, another is English. Here example “开始”,
point it and enter into Chinese main tableau. Shown as picture 2.2.

由于现在讲解的是手动调试,故对主画面的详细讲解将放在后续的内容中。这里确保
上图中显示“手动”模式,如下图 2.3 所示。如果不是,请点击如下图 2.4 所示中的“自
动”按钮,此时,显示“自动”的按钮将会变为“手动”按钮,这样将完成手动模式的选
择。Because currently we are explaining is manual adjustment, so the detail explains for the main
tableau will be put into the following contents. Here make ensure that above picture shown
“Manual” mode, shown as below picture 2.3. if not, please click the “Automatic” button shown
in below picture 2.4, now, the button which shown “Automatic” will change to be “Manual”
button, now these finished the selection of manual mode.

接着,点击如图 2.5 所示中的“手动”,将会进入手动界面的开模组画面。Then, click


the “Manual” shown in picture 2.5, then will enter into the open mould group tableau in manual
interface.

不管进入什么样的手动画面,手动画面的左上角开关必须打开,即按钮上的文字显示
为“手动开”。No matter enter into what manual tableau, must open the switch on the up-right
corner of manual tableau, means that words on the button shown as “Manual Open”.
手动模式动作组合主要分为开模组、主链条、吹气组、上胚组和下瓶组。以下将用伺
服合模一出四与气动合模一出四合模进行举例,其余型号与此大体相同,就不一一介绍。
Manual mode’s action assemble mainly divided into open mould group, main chain, blowing
group, feeding preform group and discharge bottle group. The below will use the servo close
mould one to be four and pneumatic close mould one to be four as sample, the other model
similar as this so not introduce one by one.
值得注意的是,手动为调试而设计,故初次手动时需要取下主链条上的胚座或取下模
腔,以避免失误所造成的损失。The noticeable is, the manual is designed for debugging, so the
first time manual need take down the preform base on main chain or take down the mould cave,
to avoid the loss caused by fault.
1.开模组 1. Open mould group
开 模 组 分 为 伺 服 开 合 模 和 气 动 开 合 模 。 The open mould group divided into servo
open/close mould and pneumatic open/close mould.
(1) 伺服开模组 (1) Servo open mould group

伺服开模组如下图 2.6 所示,图中“开模手动速度”是可以根据需要进行调节的,这


里提供了直接输入和左右箭头适当微调这两种选择。Servo open mould group shown as
below picture 2.6, the “Open mould manual speed” in the picture can be adjusted according to
requirement, here provide two optional like input directly and suitable micro adjust of left/right
arrow.

图 2.6 中的“X1”是开模感应,即处于开模状态时会亮;“X2”是合模感应。“开模
正转”和“开模反转”是检查电机是否能够正反转的。"X1” in picture 2.6 is open mould
response, means it will bright when under the open mould status; “X2” is close mould response.
“Open mould coroation” and “Open mould reversal” are used to check whether the motor can
corotation and reversal rotating.
如果只能转动一个方向,需要检查 PLC 与伺服连接的方向线是否异常。如果电机不转
动,检查伺服是否有电或报警,机构是否有卡顿等情况。If only can rotating one direction,

need check whether abnormal at direction wire which connect PLC and servo. If motor not
rotating, check whether servo powered on or alarm, whether the mechanism blocked, etc.
(2) 气动开模组 (2) Pneumatic open mould group
气动开模组如下图 2.7 所示,图 2.7 中的“X1”与“X2”与图 2.6 中的一致,这里不
再说明。点图中的“合模”按钮,将会由气缸进行合模动作。Pneumatic open mould group
shown as below picture 2.7, the “X1”and “X2” in picture 2.7 same as picture 2.6, not explain
here again. Click the “Close mould” button in picture, it will do close mould action by air
cylinder.

图 2.6 与图 2.7 中的右侧,均有一排按钮。如下图 2.8 所示。There has a row buttons at the
right side of picture 2.6 and picture 2.7. Shown as below picture 2.8.

图 2.8 中的按钮有两种颜色,绿色表示处于当前处于的画面,蓝色表示可以选择的其
他手动画面,以下将对其他画面一一作介绍。The buttons in picture 2.8 has two colors, green
means it under the current tableau, the blue means that able to select other manual tableau, the
below will explain other tableau one by one.

主链条的画面如图 2.9 所示,画面看起来似乎与伺服开合模的一致,这里就不再介绍,


这里介绍的是两者不同的地方。The tableau of main chain shown as picture 2.9, the tableau
looks same as the servo open/close mould, here not introduce again, here introduce the difference
between the both.
其一,主链条只有一个检测原点的传感器,它是为自动运行提供一个参考点,之后的
复位部分将会进行必要的说明。First, the main chain only has one sensor to detect the origin, it
provide one reference point for automatic running, the follow reset part will do necessary
explain.
其二,为避免机器的损坏,主链条有必要保护功能。比如,必须处于开模状态且拉伸
处于下限位,这时主链条才能进行手动。Second, to avoid damage the machine, the main chain
has necessary protection functional. Example, must under the open mould status and drawing at
the down limit position, now the main chain can do manual.
当然,除了这两个地方不一样之外,可供选择的其他手动画面颜色似乎也不一样。
Surely, except the difference at these two places, the optional other manual tableau’s color
looks like not same also.
3.吹气组 3. Blowing group
吹气组有一出四和一出六之分,两者基本相同,这里以一出四为例。The blowing group
has the difference at one to be four and one to be six, similar at both, here use one to be four as
sample.

一出四的吹气组的画面如图 2.10 所示,一出四即每一模有四腔,每腔均有低吹与高吹;
同理,一出六有六腔。The tableau of blowing group one to be four shown as picture 2.10, one to
be four means each mould has four caves, each cave all has low blowing and high blowing; the
same reason, the one to be six has six caves.
公用的功能有封口、排气、增压、拉伸、中心顶。The common functional has seal, exhaust,
pressurize and centre withstand.

withstand of link mechanism will has no center withstand action and center withstand on
position.
其中,拉伸只有在整机复位即“一键复位”之后,才能进行动作。吹气、增压只有在
合模的时候,才能打开。Thereinto, the drawing only can do action after the complete machine
reset, means after “One key reset”. Blowing and pressurize only can be opened when close the
mould.
务必检查好中心顶的顶进信号,因为在运行过程中,如果中心顶进不到位,会强制停
止开合模以等待中心顶到位。开合模当处于高速时,强制停止机器将会带来相当明显的抖
动现象。Must check the push up signal of center withstand well, because during the running, it
will force stop open/close mould to wait the center withstand on position. When the open/close
mould at the high speed, force stop the machine will bring obvious shaking appearance.

上胚组的画面如图 2.11 所示,图中“整胚手动速度”是可以根据需要进行调节的,这
里提供了直接输入和左右箭头适当微调这两种选择。The tableau of feeding preform group
shown as picture 2.11, the “Adjust preform manual speed” in this picture can be adjusted
according to requirements, here provide two optional like input directly and suitable micro adjust
of left/right arrow.
“上胚前后”,该按钮控制上胚机械手前进与后退,“X20”是前进信号点,“X21”
是后退信号点。 “Before/after feeding preform”, this button control the go forward and back off
of robotic arm of feeding preform, “X20” is the signal point of go forward, “X21” is the signal
point of back off.
“上胚升降”,该按钮控制上胚机械手上升与下降,“X16”是上升信号点,“X17”
是下降信号点。 “Feeding preform hoisting”, this button control the rising and falling of robotic
arm of feeding preform, “X16” is the signal point of rising, “X17” is the signal point of falling.
“上胚旋转”,该按钮控制上胚机械手旋转,“X22”是旋转到链条方向的信号点,
“ X23” 是 旋 转 到外 部 方 向的 信 号 点。 “Feeding preform rotate”, this button control the
rotating of robotic arm of feeding preform, “X22” is the signal point of rotating to the direction
of chain, “X23” is the signal point of rotating to the outer direction.
“上胚挡板”,该功能主要用来挡住瓶胚,防止瓶胚在整胚过程中掉落。“X6”是挡
“X12”是挡胚退到位的信号点。“Baffle of feeding preform”, this functional
胚到位的信号点,

“X6” is the signal point of preform guard on position, “X23” is the signal point of preform guard
back off on position.
“上胚压胚”,该动作在机械手将瓶胚放在主链条上时再压一下,用于确保瓶胚插在
主链条上。 “Press preform of feeding preform”, this action is press again when the robotic arm
put the bottle preform on the main chain, to make ensure insert the bottle preform in the main
chain.
“上胚气爪”,用于夹持瓶胚。 “Air gripper of feeding preform”, use to clip the bottle
preform.
“整胚电机”按钮,按下之后,整胚电机将会转动。 “Adjust preform motor” button, after

press down it, the adjust preform motor will rotating.

下瓶组的画面如图 2.12 所示,其中,“风道夹”与“风道吹”是风送结构的动作。The


tableau of discharge preform group shown as picture 2.12, thereinto, the “Air way clip” and “Air
way blowing” is the actions of air transmission structure.
“下瓶前后”,该按钮控制下瓶机械手前进与后退,“X13”是前进信号点,“X14”
是后退信号点。 “Before/after discharge bottle”, this button control the go forward and back
off of robotic arm of down preform, “X13” is the signal point of go forward, “X14” is the signal
point of back off.
“下瓶升降”,该按钮控制下瓶机械手上升与下降,“X24”是上升信号点,“X25”

是下降信号点。“Discharge bottle hoisting”, this button control the go forward and back off of
robotic arm of down preform, “X24” is the signal point of rising, “X25” is the signal point of
falling.
“下瓶旋转”,该按钮控制下瓶机械手旋转,“X26”是旋转到链条方向的信号点,
“X27”是旋转到外部方向的信号点。“Discharge preform rotating”, this button control the
rotating of robotic arm of down preform, “X26” is the signal point of rotating to the direction of
chain, “X27” is the signal point of rotating to the outer direction.
“下瓶气爪”,用于夹持吹过的瓶子。 “Air gripper of discharge preform”, use to clip the
blowed bottles.
“风道夹”,用于夹持吹过的瓶子,并等待风道吹。“Air way clip”, use to clip the blowed
bottles, and waiting the air way blowing.
“风道吹”,将吹好的瓶子,吹到出瓶的通道上。“Air way blowing”, blowing the blowed
well bottles to the passageway of output bottles.

2.2 复位调节 2.2 Reset adjustment

复位有两种模式,一是单独复位,用于调节所有的轴原点位置;二是一键复位,常规
的复位,如开机复位,故障复位。以下将会进行详细说明。 The reset has two modes, one is
single reset, used to adjust all shaft original position; another is one-key reset, common reset,
example starting up reset, failure reset. The below will do detail explain.

2.2.1 单独复位 2.2.1 Single reset

单独复位的前提是手动模式,且处于“手动开”才行。即主画面选择“手动”模式,
并且手动画面的左上角显示“手动开”。The premise of single reset is manual mode, and under
the “Manual open” then OK. Means that select “Manual” mode in main tableau, and the up left
corner of manual manual display “Manual open”.

“整胚原点距离”,即在复位过程中,检测到整胚电机原点信号之后,整胚电机再移
动的距离。 “Distance of adjust preform origin”, means during the process of reset, the distance
of adjust preform motor move again after detected the signal of adjust preform origin.
“主链原点距离”,即在复位过程中,检测到主链条原点信号之后,主链条在移动的
距离 “Distance of main chain’s origin”, means during the process of reset, the distance of main
chain move after detected the signal of main chain origin.
“整胚复位”按钮,在手动模式下,“手动开”时,点一下该按钮,将会进行一次整
胚电机单独复位。“X4”为整胚电机的原点信号。 “Adjust preform reset” button, under the
manual mode, one time click this button when “Manual open”, then will do one time adjust
preform motor single reset. “X4” is the original signal of adjust preform motor.
“主链条复位”按钮,在手动模式下,“手动开”且“开模”“拉伸退到位”状态时,
点一下该按钮,将会进行一次主链条单独复位。“X0”为主链条的原点信号。 “Main chain

在设置参数时,淡灰色的框里的数字是当前值,淡灰色框的左侧是设置的参数。“取
消输入”就是取消淡灰色框左侧的设置参数;“数据更新”就是将淡灰色框左侧的设置参
数写入到淡灰色框中,作为当前值。When setting parameter, the number in the grayish frame is
current value, the left of grayish frame is set parameter. “Cancel input” is cancel the setting
parameter on the left of grayish frame; “Data update” is write the setting parameter on the left
side of grayish frame into grayish frame as current value.

2.2.2 一键复位 2.2.2 One-key reset

“一键复位”的前提是进行过“单独复位”,已经校准好“整胚电机原点位置”以及
“主链条原点位置”。The premise of “One-key” reset is there has done “Single reset”, already
calibrated “Original position of adjust preform motor” and “Original position of main chain”.
点动主画面下方的复位按钮,如图 2.19,将会弹出如图 2.20 所示窗口。Crawl the reset

2.3 自动运行 2.3 Automatic running

自动运行的前提是复位完成,以及拉伸与合模在原点位置。The premise of automatic


running is finished reset, drawing and close mould at the original position.

2.3.1 空载运行 2.3.1 Unload running

复位完成时,主画面的“手动”按钮会变成“自动”按钮。此时,按下触摸屏下方的
“启动”按钮,即可进行空载运行。After finished reset, the “Manual” button in main tableau
will change to be “Automatic” button. Now, press down the “Startup” button which at the down
of touch screen then can do unload running.

如果没有复位完成,按下“启动”按钮,将会提示“启动前未复位”报警。If not finished


reset, press down the “Startup” button then will remind “Not reset before startup” alarm.
除了空载之外,吹瓶才是吹瓶机的主要功能。此时,要打开主要功能,首先,跳转到
主画面,电机主画面的左侧“功能选择”,然后在右侧会显示出几个功能组的按钮,如下
图 2.25 所示。Except unload, the bottle blowing is the main functional of bottle blowing machine.

“功能选择”的按钮上方是“时间设置”,主要用来设置运行过程中相关动作的时间。
按下该按钮将会跳转到“时间设置的界面”。“Time setting” at the up of “Functional selection”
button, mainly used to set the time of related actions during the running. Press down this button
then will jump to the “Time setting interface”.

2.3.2 上胚组 2.3.2 Feeding preform group

如果要打开“上胚组”进行上胚,首先应在手动时就已经检查好气缸以及相应的光电
是否正常、机械手前进时是否能卡进主链条、整胚的位置是否与旋退的位置相对应等。If
need open the “Feeding preform group” to do feeding, first should checked well before manual
like whether normal at air cylinder and the related photoelectricity, whether the robotic arm will
blocked the chain when move forward, whether the position of adjust preform corresponding to
the rotating back off.
当检查完上胚组的所有结构后,选择显示“上胚组 开”,如图 2.26 所示,即可打开
上胚组动作。After checked all structure of feeding preform group, choice and select “Feeding
preform group Open” shown as picture 2.26, then can open the actions of feeding preform
group.

作。整体的一个上胚机械手的流程是:Robotic arm of feeding preform mainly divided into air


cylinder actions like “Front and back”, “Hoisting”, “Rotating”, “Air gripper” and “Press
preform”. The complete one process of robotic arm feeding preform are:
(1) 前进到位 Move forward at position;
(2) 下降到位 Falling at position;
(3) “延迟松夹”时间之后松夹 Release clip after the time of “Delay release clip”;
(4) 后退到位,上升到位,旋退到位 Back off at the position, rising at position, rotating
back off at position;
(5) “下降时间”之后,下降到位 Falling at position after “Time of falling”;
(6) “延迟夹料”时间之后,合夹 Close the clip after the time of “Delay clip material”;
(7) 等待整胚完成 Waiting adjust preform finished;
(8) 上升到位,旋进到位 Rising on position, rotating and forward on position。
除此之外,还有“压胚”动作:当上胚机械手“前进到位”时,开始“压胚延时”,时间
到了之后,进行压胚动作,整个动作持续“压胚时间”。Except these, there still has “Press
preform” action:when the robotic arm of feeding preform at “Forward on position”, start “Delay
press preform”, do press preform action after time arrived, the complete action continue “Press
preform time”.
整料有两种不同类型结构,一是利用整胚电机与挡板气缸配合进行整料,其主要用于
一出四与一出六,二是分胚吹气进行整料的,常用于一出一以及一出二。The adjust preform
has two different types structure, one is do adjust preform through the adjust preform motor and
baffle air cylinder, it mainly used in one to be four and one to be six, the second is do adjust
preform through split preform blowing, usually used in one to one and one to be two.
整胚电机整料,挡板气缸在启动时将会挡到位,在“上胚机械手的流程”的第 (7) 步
将会退到位,第 (8) 步完成之后又会重新挡到位。挡板气缸在动作之前,会有一段“挡胚
延时”时间。整胚电机会在自动模式运行时,每一次挡板挡到位会进行一次整胚。Adjust
preform motor adjust material, the baffle air cylinder will baffle at position when startup, will
back off on position when at the seventh step in “Process of robotic arm of feeding preform”,
will be baffle on position again when finished the eighth step. Before the baffle air cylinder
running, there will has the time of one section “Delay baffle preform”. Adjust preform motor will

分胚吹气整料,整胚组在上胚机械手旋进到位之后开始运行。整胚气缸动作的流程是:
Split preform blowing, the adjust preform group start running after the robotic arm of feeding
preform rotating and forward on position. The process of adjust preform air cylinder action:
(1) 分胚到位 Split preform on position;
(2) “整胚时间”之后,分胚退回原位 Split preform back off to the original after “Adjust
preform time”;
分胚吹气的动作是:一检测到整胚到位就开始分胚吹气,吹气时长为“分胚吹气时间”,
当整胚离开到位信号时,等待“分胚吹气延时”之后,进行时长为“分胚吹气时间”的分
胚吹气过程。The actions of split preform blowing are: one is start blowing after detected that
adjust preform on position, the time of blowing is “Split preform blowing time”, start the split
preform blowing process which time same as “Split preform time” when adjust preform leave at
position signal and after waiting “Delay split preform blowing”.

2.3.3 下瓶组 2.3.3 Discharge bottle group

如果要打开“下瓶组”进行下瓶,首先同样应在手动时就已经检查好气缸以及相应的
光电是否正常、机械手前进时是否能卡进主链条、风送结构是否与旋转的结构配合好等。

manual like whether normal at air cylinder and the related photoelectricity, whether the robotic
arm will blocked the chain when move forward, whether air transmission structure mate with the

当检查完下瓶组的所有结构后,选择显示“下瓶组 开”,如图 2.27 所示,即可打开
下瓶组动作。After checked all structure of discharge bottle group, select it indicate “Discharge
bottle group Open” shown as picture 2.27, then can open the discharge bottle group actions.

下瓶机械手主要分为“前后”、“升降”、“旋转”、“气爪”、“风道夹”、“风
道吹”等动作。整体的一个下瓶机械手的流程是:
Robotic arm of discharge bottle mainly divided into the actions like “Front and back”,

封口:一合上模即开始封口且计算“封口时间”,“排气时间”到之后,停止封口;

拉伸:一合上模即开始拉伸,高吹一开始“拉伸下延时”,时间到之后,拉伸下降;
Drawing: Start drawing once closed the mould, high blowing 1 start “Down delay drawing”,
drawing fallen after the time arrived;
增压:一合上模即开始增压,“增压复位时间”或“排气时间”到之后,停止增压;
Pressurize: start pressurize once closed the mould, strop pressurize after “Pressurize reset
time” or “Exhaust time” arrived;
低吹:“封口时间”之后,开始“低吹延时”,之后开始低吹并计算“低吹时间”;
Low blowing”: Start “Delay low blowing” after “Sealing time”, then start low blowing and
calculate “Low blowing time”;
高吹:“低吹时间”到达之后,开始高吹并计算“高吹时间”;
High blowing: start high blowing and calculate “High blowing time” after “Low blowing

排气:从拉伸进时停止排气,直到高吹完成再开始排气并计算“排气时间”与“增压
复位时间”,“排气时间”到达之后,停止排气且完成吹气过程。
Exhaust: stop exhaust when drawing forward, start exhaust and calculate “Exhaust time”
and “Pressurize reset time” till high blowing finished, stop exhaust and finish the blowing
process after the “Exhaust time” arrived.

“上料机开”之后,检测不到瓶胚时,当一直检测瓶胚,计算“瓶胚检测时间”,时
间到之后,停止上料机。Can’t detected the bottle preform after “Feeding material machine
open”, when continue detecting bottle preform, calculate “Bottle preform detection time”, stop
feeding material machine when the time arrived.
如果在计算“瓶胚检测时间”的过程中,检测不到瓶胚时,会在有瓶胚时检测重新计
算“瓶胚检测时间”。If can’t detected the bottle preform during the process of calculate “Bottle
preform detection time”, it will calculate the “Bottle preform detection time” again when there
has bottle preform.

2.3.6 加热组

打开“加热组”之后,即可以通过温控表进行温度调节,控制灯管对瓶胚进行加热。

如果修改过参数之后,想要退出登录,只需点击图 3.5 所示的“退出登录”即可。If want


to quite login after revised parameter, only need click the “Quite login” in picture 3.5 then OK.

3.2 初始化 3.2 Initialise

每一台新机器刚组装完成,均需进行调试,在调试之前,需要写入机器运行所必需的
的参数,而初始化就是将参数一次性写入。除了在出厂时写入一次参数之外,该功能将很
少需要使用。 All need debugging at the moment when finish assemble each new machine, need
input the necessary parameters which required by machine running before debugging, yet the
initialise is input the parameter one time. Except that input parameter one time when leave the
factory, few time need use this functional.
点击图 3.5 中“初始化”按钮,弹出如图 3.7 所示的弹窗。Click the “Initialise” button in
picture 3.5, jump out the pop window shown as picture 3.7.

“伺服参数”首页面如图 3.8 所示,其主要包括“原点距离”、“瓶胚检测参数”、


“中心顶控制”、“拉伸控制”。The first page of “Servo parameter” shown as picture 3.8, it
mainly include “Distance of origin”, “Bottle preform detect parameter”, “Center withstand
control and “Drawing control”.

3.3.1 瓶胚检测参数 3.3.1 Bottle preform detection parameter

瓶胚检测参数,主要分为“模腔个数”、“瓶胚检测位置”两个。这两种数据设置完
成之后,还需点击“数据更新”。Bottle preform detection parameter, mainly divided into both
“Number of mould cave” and “Bottle preform detection position”. after finished setting
parameter of these two types data, also need click “Data update”.
模腔个数:主要指用于吹瓶的一组模所具有的模腔个数。Number of mould cave: mainly
means the number of mould caves which owned by the one group mould used in bottle blowing.
瓶胚检测位置:指模具与瓶胚检测传感器间隔的胚座个数。Bottle preform detect
position: means the number of preform base interval between mould and bottle preform detecting
sensor.

3.3.2 中心顶控制 3.3.2 Centre withstand control

中心顶有两种结构:一是连动结构,二是气缸动作。The center withstand has two types


structure: one is link mechanism, the second is air cylinder actions.
在图 3.8 的右下角,按下指向右侧的“三角”标志跳转到伺服控制中的中心顶控制参
数页面,如图 3.9 所示。At the right down corner of picture 3.8, press down the “Delta” mark
which point to right side then jump to center withstand control parameter page in servo control,
shown as picture 3.9.

注:满足“下降时合模位置”或“下降时主链位置”任意一个条件,即开始中心顶退。

3.3.3 拉伸控制 3.3.3 Drawing control

目前,拉伸分为两种控制结构,一是气缸拉伸,二是伺服拉伸。气缸动作容易,无参
数调节其性能,吹瓶效果易受气压影响。伺服拉伸有参数可调节,效果稳定,其调节参数
如 图 3.10 所 示 。 Currently the drawing divided into two types control structure, one is air
cylinder drawing, the second is servo drawing. Air cylinder’s action easy, no parameter adjust it’s
performance, the bottle blowing easy to be affected by air pressure. The servo drawing has
parameters for adjust, stabilize effect, it’s adjust parameter shown as picture 3.10.

示教转矩:设定转矩,用于检测拉伸应该移动的转矩。Teach torque:set torque, used to


detect the needed moveable torque of drawing.
示教长度:按下该按钮,拉伸低速运行,直到碰到瓶底并达到设定的“示教转矩”就
停止,此时左侧进度条上方单位为“mm”的数值为拉伸当前的长度。进度条上方单位为
“%”的数值为拉伸当前转矩。 Teach length: press down this button, drawing low speed
running, till touch the bottle bottom and reach the set “Teach torque” then stop, now the value
with unit “mm” at up of the left side progress bar is the current length of drawing. The value at
up of progress bar is “%” then it is the current torque of drawing.
拉伸复位:按下该按钮,拉伸将会寻找原点。 Drawing reset: Press down this button, the
drawing will find the origin.
拉伸慢上、拉伸慢下:手动移动拉伸上下。Drawing slowly rising and drawing slowly
falling:Manual move drawing up/down.
注:X32 为下限位,X33 为原点,X34 为上限位。 Note: X32 is down limit position, X33
is origin, X34 is up limit position.
拉伸除了在此调节外,还可以在手动画面调节,以一出四为例,如图 3.11 所示。在图
中点击“拉伸控制”,将会弹出拉伸控制的弹窗,如图 3.12 所示。The drawing not only can
adjust here, but also can be adjusted in the manual tableau, sample as one to be four, shown as
picture 3.11. Click “Drawing control” in the tableau, it will jump out the pop window of drawing
control, shown as picture 3.12.

3.4 配方功能 3.4 Formulation functional

当模具不一样时,参数将会不一样,故需要保存每个模具对应的参数。The parameters
will be different when they are different mould, so need save the corresponding parameters of
every mould.
配方功能需要在登录之后才能进行参数清除、保存和下载。可以保存 0-99 组参数,即
一共 100 组参数。具体画面如图 3.13 所示。The parameter’s reset, save and download of
formulation functional need be done after login. Can save 0-99 groups parameters, means total
100 groups parameter. The detail tableau shown as picture 3.13.

当报警的是机械结构上的故障,将会在图 4.5 中的页面显示黄灯,正常运行显示绿灯。


When the alarm is the failure at mechanical structure, it will indicate yellow light at the page of
