What makes your company a success - or a failure?

MOST important element of your business is the people who make it run every day
(AND THAT’S YOUR EMPLOYEES)

Your employees are your most valuable asset - they perform their daily tasks so that
your business can thrive and delight your customers. Sa kasalukuyan, napakalawig
ng competition in the market, for that reason you need to get every advantage from
your employees that you can. And the best way to do that?

It’s not by having them work increasingly long hours or getting maximum work for
minimum pay ( it’s not by taking advantage of their time giving them heavy
workloads) – but rather, it’s by getting your employees involved in your organization.

WHAT IS EMPLOYEE INVOLVEMENT?

Is creating an environment for the employees to involve in the activities of the
organization and make an impact towards the decisions made on behalf of the
organization.
*When considering employee involvement, as a manager dapat inaallow natin yung
It should not be like that, as a manager you need to involve
them ,they should also take part in the business’s management and in terms of
decision-making processes.
Each employee has a role to play, no matter how low on the corporate ladder they
are.
Employees contribute to the company
and can provide innovative ideas that help the business solve organizational
problems, hit key metrics, and more (if we only allow them to be involved in the
business circle).
BENEFITS OF EMPLOYEE INVOLVEMENT

Employee involvement can seem like something that’s a nice idea but hard to put
into practice. But in reality, for most organizations, it has significant benefits. Getting
your employees involved has benefits for both your works themselves and your
business.

Here are eight benefits of employee involvement.

• Employee Involvement improves quality and increases productivity because

employees make better decisions using their expert knowledge of the
process.
sticks na gagamitin mo, mahihirapan kang linisin yung kalat but if you pool all
of the available stick as one, mas mapapadali yung paglilinis mo sa kalat.
• Employees are more likely to implement and support decisions they had a
part in making.
*Malaking bagay kasi na gawin yung isang particular na bagay na alam mong
kasama ka. Kapag nagpaplano kayo and kinonsider nila yung mga ideas mo
(You are like accomplishing your own goal, because you know you take part
in planning that organizational goal, and it will motivate you to do better in
order to achieve exactly the objectives that you and the company set.
• Employees are better able to spot and pinpoint areas for improvement.
*Dahil sila yung mismong nakakaexperience ng mga problems while doing
their task in the workplace, madali nilang maiidentify kung san ba yung mga
areas of the business that needs to be improved. Especially kapag
manufacturing businesses, concerning their production. Isa pinakareliable na
makakapagsabi ng problema ay mga empleyado.
• Employees are better able to take immediate corrective action.
flow ng process and they can immediately assess kung san nagkulang or san
may problema and with that, they can easily suggest immediate corrective
action na pwedeng iundertake ng management to solve the problems.
• Employee involvement reduces labor/management hassle by more effective
communications and cooperation.
*Because there is an open communication, malelessen yung mga hassle na
maeencounter in the workplace since there is already an open communation
between the employees and the management.
• Employee involvement increases morale by creating a feeling of belonging to
the organization.
*Ofcourse, if the employee feels that they belong, mas naboboost yung
confidence nila to do their task.
If you pick and buy a shoe, you will always seek kung san nagfifit yung paa
mo kase you’ll feel uncomfortable diba kapag hindi fit sa paa mo yung shoe.
Just like in the work place, you will feel at ease, comfortable and can work
freely because you know you fit in.
• Employees are better able to accept change because they control the work
environment.
sakanila na mag adapt sa mga changes in the market since they are already
involved in the management of the business.
• Employees have an increased commitment to unit goals because they are
involved.
Just like what I’ve mention earlier, mas nagiging committed tayong gawin ang

*I want to summarize the concept of employee involvement and its importance, with
the saying quoted by Doug Conant
As what Doug Conant said,

“To win in the marketplace

You must first win in the workplace”
*In order for you to win in workplace?, involve your employees
