Dear Dr. Lapus,

In connection with the Department of Education and Department of Health to conduct limited
face to face classes. Our school is in compliant with the minimum public health standards set by the
government and we will participate in the implementation of this which aims to further develop strategies,
understand key considerations of stakeholders, and identify resources required for the effective and
efficient transition from distance learning to face-to-face classes.
As part of our efforts to prevent the entry and spread of the coronavirus disease 2019 or COVID-
19 in our municipality and rest of the province, we, teaching staff of Solong Elementary School are
preparing for the limited face to face classes. May we request from your good office for the disinfection
of all the classrooms in our school on ___________________. The teaching and non-teaching staff of our
school are asking for your benevolent support and from the health and sanitation personnel. We are also
asking for your patience and understanding as we continue to work to ensure that we are taking the
necessary precautionary steps.
With this, to create a workable implementation and utilization of school facilities we, teachers,
with parent’s assistance and pupils are with strict observance of the DOH and IATF health protocols like
wearing of facemask, social distancing and will use health kits (alcohol, sanitizer, thermal scanner, etc.)
during the conduct in our respective classes.
We are hoping for your favorable response regarding this matter.
