Dear sir, This is an application for appeal to an appellate authority referred to the charges and
conviction based on the later 269/70, I ALLAUDIN student of ll. b 4th semester considers myself to
be innocent, furthermore, the litigation held was missing some essentials provided to the defendant
by the rule of natural law & justice. hence I want you to refer my appeal to an appellate authority to
review the previous decision and facts of the case entailing reconsideration of a cause (as an appeal)
and scrutinizing the case following the proper legal way endowed by the Constitution of Pakistan
and the universal declaration of human rights which states that every individual shall be provided
unconditional right to defend himself. I have also attached my preceding response to the show cause
notice allegations attached to this application.

Prayers: with hope to approve my appeal and reconduct the proceeding or remit the penalty as you
deem fit among these.
